BDNS: 729866 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA: First. Call: Individualized aid is called for school transportation in the 2022/2023 academic year, in the form of non-competitive concession concession, the following line of aid in the field of the Ministry of Educational Development and Vocational Training, in the maximum total amount and charged to the budgetary credit indicated below: LINE MAXIMUM AMOUNT BUDGETARY ITEM AID INDIVIDUALIZED FOR SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION 2,900,000.00 euros 1100010900/G/42F/48005/00/01 Second. Beneficiaries. The following may obtain aid: a) Students in the second cycle of early childhood education, primary education, compulsory secondary education, baccalaureate and initial vocational training from educational centers supported by public funds, who are obliged to travel outside their locality of residence, due to the lack of the corresponding educational stage there, or who reside in dispersed population centers or in scattered buildings and cannot make use of any of the modalities referred to in letters a), b) and c) of article 7 of Decree 287/2009, of June 30, which regulates the free provision of the complementary school transportation service for students of educational centers supported by public funds. b) Students of the arts modality of the Baccalaureate and of training cycles of Initial Vocational Training that, due to their specificity and difficulty of generalization, are implemented in educational centers supported with public funds far from their location of residence. c) The students who are beneficiaries of the service between their home and the established stop on the school route closest to said home, when the trip is greater than two kilometers. Third. Purpose: These are individualized aid to finance the transportation costs of students benefiting from the service who cannot use any of the modalities referred to in letters a), b) and c) of article 7 of Decree 287/2009, of June 30. Room. Regulatory bases: This call will be governed by the regulations established in the aforementioned Decree 287/2009, of June 30, and by the Order of December 3, 2010 that regulates the organization and management of the regular public transport service for special use by schoolchildren by road and individualized aid. Fifth. Amount: 1. The maximum budget limit for this call corresponding to the 2022/2023 academic year is 2,900,000 euros. 2. In accordance with sections 4 and 5 of article 17 of Decree 287/2009, of June 30, the amounts of individualized transport aid for this call corresponding to the 2022/2023 academic year will be diversified according to the following scale: - Starting at 2 km for compulsory education and early childhood education, or 5 km in the case of education post-obligatory, and up to 10 km: an amount of up to 192 euros will be granted. - From more than 10 km to 30 km: an amount will be granted proportional to the number of kilometers traveled between the student's family home and the educational center in which they are enrolled, with a maximum of 386 euros. - From more than 30 km to 50 km: an amount will be granted proportional to the number of kilometers traveled between the student's family home and the educational center in which they are enrolled, with a maximum of 763 euros. - From more than 50 km to 100 km: an amount will be granted proportional to the number of kilometers traveled between the student's family home and the educational center in which they are enrolled, with a maximum of 937 euros. - From 100 km: 937 euros. 3. The granting of the amounts of aid will be limited by the budgetary availability provided for in the first section. Sixth. Submission of applications, deadline and documentation. 1. The request for help will be completed, preferably, using the electronic form that is available in the Virtual Secretariat of the educational centers of the Ministry of Educational Development and Professional Training.
