Approved by Resolution of the Mayor's Office, No. 2826 of December 11, 2023, the Bétera 50x100 “Tots Guanyem” Trade Bonds, which corresponds to the following detail: “…/…First.-OBJECT The Bétera 50x100 “Tots Guanyem” Trade Bonds are intended to stimulate consumption by encouraging physical purchases. of citizenship in retail trade, in order to partially alleviate the economic consequences produced by the coronavirus crisis (COVID-19) in said sector, in accordance with regulatory basis 1 of those published on the Bétera City Council website https://betera.transparencialocal.gob.es/es_ES/categoria/economica/subvenciones Second.- CITIZEN APPLICATIONS Natural persons will be considered beneficiaries of the subsidy. over 18 years of age on the date of acquisition of the BONUSES obtained through the means and channels established in this call. All family units registered in the municipality of Bétera will be beneficiaries of the vouchers, and who make their purchases in the participating Bétera commercial establishments. The bonds may be requested by any neighbor over 18 years of age, owner or representative of a family unit registered in the municipality of Bétera, in person at. the City Hall offices located at Cl José Gascón, nº 9, or electronically through the electronic headquarters at https://sede.betera.es/portal/entidades.do?ent_id=1&idioma=1 within the period from December 14 to 20, inclusive. The bonuses will be granted to all applicants as long as they meet the requirements established in these bases, without in any case exceeding the credit authorized in the call. maximum of one voucher. For your application, Annex I must be completed, a formalized document that will be available at the City Hall offices and on the City Hall website for downloading and completion. The holder or representative of the family unit requesting the trade voucher must complete the following personal information: • Name and surname • ID number • Mobile phone number • Postal address • Email address • Acceptance of the regulatory bases for the acquisition of the vouchers • Responsible declaration that the family unit meets the requirements required in the Rules. of the “Bonos Comerio de Bétera 2023” campaign, “50x100 Tots Guanyem”. Once the applications have been reviewed, the granting resolution will be published, which will be approved by the corresponding body, and it will include all the neighbors who, as owners or representatives of the family unit, have requested their commercial voucher and meet the requirements established in these bases to be beneficiaries of it. The criterion for the granting of trade vouchers will be the order established at the time of the application date (day and time), in compliance with the procedure for granting aid under the concurrency regime of article 22 of the General Law of Subsidies and in accordance with article 17 and following of the General Ordinance Regulating the Granting of Subsidies of the Bétera City Council. The payment of the €50.00 contributed by the owner or representative of the family unit will be made by bank card at the time of appearance at the Town Hall, on the days indicated in base 6. The trade vouchers will be delivered in person at the City Hall offices. The voucher is for exclusive use in participating businesses and will not allow cash withdrawal. In the event that on the day and time established for the exchange of the vouchers, any beneficiary of the same does not appear, the right to exchange the voucher would be lost, in which case the next beneficiary will be called in strict order of entry registration.
