Official description of the call
First.- Purpose: The purpose of these rules is to develop the call, under a competitive competition regime, the procedure for granting financial aid to contribute to the education expenses of minors in the age groups: from 1 to 2 years and from 0 to 1 year, registered in the municipality of Xàtiva, who meet the conditions established in section 3, in the 2023-2024 academic year. The municipal children's check will be used exclusively for the payment of the fees corresponding to the teaching of the school year, up to a maximum of ten, this consideration not taking into account the expenses derived from activities carried out outside the school period and hours, extracurricular activities, cafeteria, special hours of any kind, books, school supplies, registration fees and others of a similar nature. Second.- Beneficiaries: The applicants for the Municipal Children's Voucher, without prejudice to the generic obligations derived from the administrative procedure laws and sector regulations, must comply with the following obligations: 1. The student must be beneficiaries of the children's voucher, accredited by the authorized Early Childhood Education center of the Valencian Community for the 2023-2024 school year. 2. The students must be registered in Xàtiva, and have an age within the following age ranges: 1 to 2 years and 0 to 1 year. Just as the mother, father or legal representatives of the minor must be registered in the municipality of Xàtiva, during any period of the school year or calendar year. Applications from students who have been denied the child voucher will be excluded. Third.- Regulatory bases: The bases by which the call for the “Municipal Children's Check” is regulated for the schooling of children from 1 to 2 years old and from 0 to 1 year old in authorized early childhood education centers, for the 2023/2024 school year, have been approved by Mayor's Resolution 2023-2058, and published on the Municipal Transparency Portal. https://xativa.sedelectronica.es/transparency Fourth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Fifth.- Documentation: That indicated in clause 9 of the bases by which the call for the “Municipal Children's Check” is regulated for the schooling of children from 1 to 2 years old and from 0 to 1 year old in authorized early childhood education centers, for the 2023/2024 school year. Sixth: Resolution: The competent body for the resolution will be the Local Government Board of the Xàtiva City Council.
