Official description of the call
BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA and in the National Subsidies Database. First. It is called for the year 2023, in the form of concession under a competitive competition regime, subsidies, aimed at supporting the use of sustainable advisory services in organic production to agricultural holdings, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) 2023-2027. The budget item from which the aforementioned subsidies will be granted is: 1400110000 G/71E/78000/00 C4720201A2 2023000277 2. The budget allocation is: 2023 Annuity: €2,000,000. Annuity 2024: €2,000,000. Second. Beneficiaries. In accordance with the provisions of article 3 of Regulation (EU) No. 2115/2021 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 2, 2021, this aid may be requested by public and private organizations, understood as public or private legal entities and persons, which have their own legal personality and whose corporate purpose includes technical advice on organic production to owners of agricultural holdings. Third. Object. The object is the call for subsidies under a competitive competition regime, aimed at supporting the use of sustainable advisory services in organic production for agricultural holdings, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) 2023-2027. Room. Regulatory bases. The present aid will be regulated by Order 7 of November 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at supporting the use of sustainable advisory services in organic production to agricultural holdings, within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy CAP (2023-2027). Fifth. Maximum amount per beneficiary. 100% of the advisory costs will be eligible for subsidies. No entity may receive more than 25% of the total budget allocated to the call in question, in order to facilitate the incorporation of a greater number of beneficiary entities. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting aid applications will be one month from the day following the day on which the extract provided for in article 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía. Seventh. Other data. The application forms and other necessary information are published in this Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía together with the call.
