Official description of the call

First. Regulatory bases. Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of training scholarships in the different subjects within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, Territory and Population (BOR no. 106, of August 212, 2020). Second. Object. Approve the public call for two scholarships for training technical personnel in the field of territorial planning and urban planning in terms of territorial strategic layers and high-value data for the Territorial Planning and Urban Planning Service. These scholarships are aimed at training in the development of high-value data from the strategic territorial layers of the Community of La Rioja, for which Geographic Information Systems (GIS) are used and which are integrated into the Spatial Data Infrastructure of the Government of La Rioja (IDErioja) and also training in the management and updating of the SIU, a Web application, which allows interactive consultation of the urban planning of the Community through the Internet. Candidates who, on the last day of submitting applications to participate in the selection process, have the following qualifications may apply for this training scholarship; Technical or higher architecture, technical or higher engineering, Geography or Topography, or their equivalents University Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Geography or Topography equivalents that meet the requirements determined in article 2 of the regulatory order. Amount: The amount is approved for the period between February 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025, the expense for a total amount of forty thousand one hundred twenty-three euros and six cents (40,123.06 euros), charged to budget item 09.04.2612.484.00 of the budget years corresponding to 2024 and 2025, according to the following detail: Fiscal year 2024: 25,961.98 euros Fiscal year 2025: 14,161.08 euros This amount is the result of adding seventeen financial compensations of 1,122 euros (from which the amount of your Social Security contribution and the corresponding personal income tax withholdings will be deducted, plus the €58.09 monthly contribution to the Company Social Security, that is, the sum of seventeen monthly payments of 1,180.09 euros each for each scholarship). Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: - The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b, 20.8.a and 23.2.g of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Sixth. Other information of interest: 1. Call: The full text of the Resolution of the call will be available on the website of the Government of La Rioja. 2. Documentation: The application will be accompanied by a copy of the curriculum and academic record, as well as any documents they deem appropriate to prove their knowledge in the subject, according to article 6.1 of Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15. 3. Applications: Applications will be submitted on the standardized form available in the electronic office of the Government of La Rioja website http://www.larioja.org/es The applications, together with the documentation indicated in the previous sections, will be addressed to the Councilor for Local Policy, Infrastructure and the Fight against Depopulation, and may be submitted in the following places: - General Registry of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja (C/ Beti Jai, no. 1 of Logroño). - Auxiliary Registry Offices of the Ministry of Local Policy, Infrastructure and Fight against Depopulation, at Avda.
