Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First. Object Aid regulated in Order 5/2023, of March 8, which establishes the regulatory bases applicable to the set of interventions included in a single application in the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) as well as the aid regulated in Order 6/2015, February 27, of the Ministry of the Presidency and Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and Water, which establishes the regulatory bases applicable to payments to farmers in areas with natural limitations, contained in the Rural Development Program of the Valencian Community 2014-2020 for mountain areas and areas with natural limitations other than mountain areas framed in Measure 13. Second. Beneficiaries Natural or legal persons, groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that, although lacking legal personality, are in the situation that motivates the granting of the aid, may apply for this aid. Third. Regulatory Bases The bases are set out in Order 5/2023, of March 8, which establishes the regulatory bases applicable to the set of interventions included in the single request in the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) and in Order 6/2015, February 27, of the Department of the Presidency and Agriculture, Fisheries, Food and Water, which establishes the regulatory bases applicable to payments to farmers. in areas with natural limitations, contained in the Rural Development Program of the Valencian Community 2014-2020. Room. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin on February 1 and end on April 30, 2024, both inclusive. Fifth. Amount 1. The payment of the aid provided for in article 1, sections a), b) and c) of Order 5/2023, of March 8, will be made from chapter 4 of line S1361 (FEAGA PEPAC fund) of section G0112 Entity 0182 Program 714E00 of the budget of the Valencian Agency for Agrarian Development and Guarantee and corresponding to the application in the Valencian Community of the Common Agricultural Policy for a maximum global amount of 110,000,000.00 euros for the calendar year 2024. The budgetary limits for each of the aid provided for in article 1, sections a), b) and c) of Order 5/2023, of March 8, 2023, will be those established by the FEGA, as the coordinating body of the paying agencies, for the 2024 campaign. 2. The payment of the aid provided for in article 1, section d) of Order 5/2023, of March 8, will be made from chapter 4 of line S1436 (FEADER PEPAC fund) of section G0112 Entity 0182 Program 714E00 budget of the Valencian Development and Guarantee Agency Agrarian and corresponding to the application in the Valencian Community of the Common Agricultural Policy for a maximum global amount of 18,516,205.60 euros. The budget limits for the following interventions for rural development during the 2025 financial year are: - Agri-environmental commitments on agricultural areas: beekeeping for biodiversity: €2,000,000 - Agri-environmental commitments on agricultural areas: protection of avifauna (steppe birds): €316,205.60 - Agri-environmental commitments on areas agricultural: maintenance or improvement of habitats and traditional agricultural activities (rice cultivation) that preserve biodiversity: 6,800,000 euros - Commitments to agro-environmental management in organic farming: 9,320,000 euros - Commitments to conservation of genetic resources: conservation of guirra sheep: 80,000 euros In accordance with the provisions of article 40.2 of Law 1/2015, of February 6, of the Generalitat, of Public Finance, of the Instrumental Public Sector and of Subsidies, the multiannual expenses are subordinated to the credits that, for each year, are recorded for this purpose in the budget of the Generalitat. The amounts provided for in this section are conditional on the approval of the necessary modifications in the financing of regional interventions of the EP
