Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries will be the mothers or fathers who had a child, or adopted a child under 4 years of age, as well as the guardians with parental authority or guardianship in the event of the death of the parents, who meet the following requirements: That the birth or adoption took place between 12/01/2023 and 11/30/2024. That the beneficiary is Spanish or a foreigner with legal residence in Spain. That the beneficiary is registered with the Toén City Council for a minimum of 1 year at the time of birth or adoption (it will be verified ex officio by the body that instructs the procedure). That the child is registered at the address of the applicant at the time of the application (it will be verified ex officio by the investigating body of the procedure). Second.- Purpose The purpose of these rules is the regulation of the processing and granting, by the Toén City Council, through a public call and through the non-competitive competition procedure, of subsidies for the birth or adoption of a child. Third.- Regulatory bases Published in full on the municipal electronic headquarters (http://concellodetoen.sedelectronica.es) and in the National Subsidies Database. Fourth.- Amount and destination The amount of aid will be €250.00 for each child born or adopted, until the available credit is exhausted. The payment of the aid will be made in a single payment through the delivery of a 'Baby Check' card, the use of which is governed by the following conditions: It will have to be used for the acquisition of goods related to maternity and the basic needs of the minor. The expense will have to be made in the following establishments: pharmacy and pharmacy of the Toén City Council. The expense must be made within a maximum period of 6 months from the date of delivery of the card. The beneficiaries authorize the endorsement of the corresponding invoices issued by the pharmacy and the pharmacy of the Toén City Council, which will appear in the name of the beneficiary and will be paid directly by the Toén City Council. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications begins the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of Ourense and ends on 12/15/2024.
