Official description of the call
First.- Regulatory Bases: Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, Territory and Population, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of scholarships in the different subjects within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, Territory and Population (published in BOR No. 106 dated August 21, 2020). Second.- Purpose: To call for a scholarship for the Training of Technical Personnel in the field of “sustainable agricultural production and organic production”. The reason that justifies this scholarship is to promote technical training and acquire the necessary knowledge for the implementation of a sustainable agricultural production model, with special emphasis on the wine sector, without ignoring other sectors, as well as to acquire the necessary knowledge in the development of organic production and the implementation of the strategic plan on the matter. Third.- Beneficiaries: Due to the characteristics of the purpose of the scholarship, this training scholarship may be applied for by preferably applicants with a degree in Agricultural Technical Engineering, Graduate in Agricultural Engineering or Agricultural Engineering, Graduates/Graduates in Biology, Graduates/Graduates in Environmental Sciences or equivalent, and who must meet the requirements determined in article 2 of Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, Territory and Population. Fourth.- Amount: For the period from April 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, the expense in the amount of €17,701.35 is approved, charged to budget item 05.02.02.4611.488.00, project 80005.3, for the years 2024 and 2025, according to detail: 2024: €10,620.81 2025: €7,080.54 Total: €17,701.35 This amount is the result of adding 15 financial compensations of €1,122.00 (from which the amount of your Social Security contribution and the corresponding personal income tax withholdings will be deducted), plus €58.09 per month of Social Security contributions from the company. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b, 20.8.a and 23.2.g of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Sixth.- Other information of interest: 1.- Call.- The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address on the website of the Government of La Rioja (https://web.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/tramite?n=25497) 2.- Applications and Documentation.- Applications will be submitted, in accordance with the standardized model that will be available in the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja. Rioja, and will be accompanied by a copy of the curriculum and academic record, as well as any documents they deem appropriate to prove their knowledge on the subject, according to article 6.1 of Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, Territory and Population. The applications, together with the documentation, will be addressed to the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, and Environment and must be submitted to the following places: - Auxiliary Registry Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World, and Environment, Avda. Logroño). - In any of the Citizen Service Offices of the Government of La Rioja. - By any other of the forms established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, as well as in article 6 of Decree 58/2004, of October 29, (BOR. no. 144 of November 9, 2004), which regulates the Registry in the scope of the General Administration of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja and its Public Organizations. 3.- Concession procedure.- As established in article 1 of the Regulatory Order, it will be processed under a competitive competition regime. For the granting of this aid and in accordance with the provisions of articles 7 and 8 of Order ATP/48/2020, of August 15, applications will be evaluated and selected based on the scale assigned to the following:
