Official description of the call
First. Purpose To encourage the execution of plans, programs or actions for addiction prevention and health promotion and education in the community. Second. Regulatory Bases. Order SAL/25/2022, of May 19, of the Ministry of Health, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to the Local Entities of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja for the implementation of plans, programs or actions for the prevention of addictions and health promotion and education in the community. (Official Gazette of La Rioja number 98, of May 24, 2022). Third. Beneficiaries. Local Entities of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja that have carried out or are going to carry out in their respective territories and during the year 2024, plans, programs or actions for the prevention of addictions and promotion and education for health in the community that meet the concession criteria referred to in Order SAL/25/2022, of May 19, of the Ministry of Health, by which the regulatory bases are approved Fourth. Amount The total amount of the call for the year 2024 is one hundred and twenty thousand euros (120,000.00 euros). Budget allocation: 2024/06.03.3133.461.00. Fifth. Application submission deadline. One month counting from the day following the day on which the publication of the extract of the call resolution in the Official Gazette of La Rioja takes place. Sixth. Other information of interest. Call. The full text of the call resolution will be available at the following address on the Government of La Rioja website: (www.larioja.org/oficina-electrónica), Health thematic area. Concession procedure: It will be processed under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with what is established in article 22.1 of Decree 14/2006, of February 16, regulating the legal regime for subsidies in the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Applications: The application form can be obtained by accessing the Government of La Rioja website: (www.larioja.org/oficina-electrónica). Documentation: Along with the application, interested Local Entities must present the documentation established in article number eight of the regulatory bases. Concession criteria: Those provided for in article thirteen of the regulatory bases. Method of payment. As provided in article fifteen of the regulatory bases. Deadline and form of justification: In accordance with the provisions of article fourteen of the regulatory bases.
