Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: - Public or private legal entities, such as local entities and their public bodies, companies and legally constituted non-profit entities, with headquarters or work centers located in the Region of Murcia, as well as natural persons registered in the Special Social Security Regime for Self-Employed Workers or Self-Employed Workers (RETA), who are in a situation that justifies the granting of the subsidy or in which the circumstances provided for in the regulatory bases and in this document apply. call. - Social Integration Companies and Special Employment Centers with headquarters or work center in the Region of Murcia that establish a newly created employment relationship with people with serious mental disorders and/or addictions, in the process of recovery. - People with serious mental disorders and/or addictions in the process of recovery who could join the labor market through the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of Social Security (RETA). - Legally constituted non-profit entities with headquarters or work centers located in the Region of Murcia, which hire and/or maintain jobs for professionals supporting recovery and socio-laboral insertion in mental health. Second. Purpose: Subsidies to be granted for the development of the Eurovida Mental Health Program, through actions aimed at the socio-labor integration and improvement of the employability of people with severe mental disorder and/or addictions (TMG/A) in the process of recovery, served in the mental health network of the Murcia Health Service, through subsidies directed, in this call, to self-employment and employment, as well as accompanying actions linked to socio-labor insertion itineraries, which are develop during the year 2024. The different subsidy modalities subject to regulation in this call, in accordance with article 1 of the Basic Order, are the following subprograms of Program 1 of Socio-Labor Inclusion: Subprogram 1.2 Labor Insertion of people with serious mental disorder and/or addictions in the process of recovery in the ordinary market. Subprogram 1.3 Labor Insertion of people with serious mental disorders and/or addictions in the process of recovery in the protected market. Subprogram 1.4 Establishment of people with serious mental disorders and/or addictions in the process of recovery as self-employed workers. Subprogram 1.5 Accompaniment Actions for people with serious mental disorders and/or addictions in the process of recovery linked to socio-labor insertion itineraries. Third. Regulatory Bases: Order of November 15, 2023, of the Ministry of Health, approving the regulatory bases of the subsidies of the Eurovida Mental Health Program, for people with serious mental disorders and/or addictions in the process of recovery, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), BORM, No. 273, of November 25, 2023. Fourth. Financing: The subprograms of the EUROVIDA SM Program included in this call will be co-financed from the ESF+ at a percentage of 95%, within the framework of the ESF+ Region of Murcia Program 2021-2027, framed in Priority 6 "innovative social actions", Specific Objective K: "Improve equality and opportunity of access to quality, sustainable and affordable services, including services that promote access to housing and people-centered care, especially health; modernize social protection systems, especially promoting access to social protection, with particular attention to children and disadvantaged groups; improve accessibility, also for people with disabilities, the effectiveness and resilience of health care and dependency systems (6.K.2) and at a rate of 5% with own funds.
