Official description of the call
BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA. First. Call. 1. The aid regulated in Royal Decree 948/2021, of November 2, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of state aid for the execution of investment projects within the Plan to promote the sustainability and competitiveness of agriculture and livestock (III) within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, through actions to support the application of precision agriculture and 4.0 technologies in the agricultural and livestock sector, charged to the following budget item: 2024- 1400180000 G/71B/77700/00 MR01030404 2022000551: 4,999,815.22 euros. 2. The financing of the aid included in this call is 100% financed by the General State Administration (Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan-Financed by the European Union-NextGenerationEU), with the granting of these subsidies conditional on existing budgetary availability. Second. Beneficiaries. Those provided for in article 22 of Royal Decree 948/2021, of November 2, may be beneficiaries. Third. Object. The granting of subsidies to support programs for the application of precision agriculture and 4.0 technologies in the agricultural and livestock sector. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases provided for in Royal Decree 948/2021, of November 2, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of state aid for the execution of investment projects within the Plan to promote the sustainability and competitiveness of agriculture and livestock (III) within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (Official State Gazette no. 263, of November 3, 2021) and by the call published in this BOJA. Fifth. Amount. To determine the amount of aid for each of the eligible actions, the provisions of article 24 of Royal Decree 948/2021, of November 2, 2021, will be followed. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the day on which the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía. When during the submission period an interested person submits several applications for aid, the last one submitted within the deadline will be considered to cancel all previous ones. Seventh. Other data. The application forms and other necessary information are published in this BOJA together with the call.
