Official description of the call
FIRST.- PURPOSE The Regulatory Bases of this call are those contained in the Regulatory Bases that will govern the urgent social protection aid of the Coria City Council, in a plenary session on April 3, 2023 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres number 0073 of April 18, 2023. SECOND.- REQUIREMENTS a) Be of legal age or who, even if they are minors of said age, are absolute orphans or are emancipated, by judicial concession or by those who exercise parental authority. b) Be registered and reside legally and effectively in Coria for a minimum of six months. c) Lack of sufficient income or income. This aid may not be granted to those who: a) Live in centers that belong to institutions or entities that are obliged to meet the basic subsistence needs of their residents or are permanently admitted to a residential center or center of a social, health, socio-health nature, whether public, subsidized or private. b) They temporarily live at the same address for study reasons. c) They have not duly justified the aid granted, for reasons attributable to the beneficiaries. 5. All requirements must be met at the time of submission of the aid application and during the receipt of aid. 6. The granting of urgent social protection aid will be compatible with the receipt of other public or private benefits, subsidies or aid that have the same purpose, provided that the total amount paid, individually or in conjunction with the other benefits, subsidies or aid, does not exceed the billed expense. THIRD.- TYPE OF AID TO BE GRANTED These aids to be granted to people registered in Coria, who due to extraordinary situations cannot meet certain expenses considered basic listed below, will not be periodic or indefinite. 1. Aid aimed at meeting basic needs, understood as financial aid aimed at covering basic food expenses (dairy, eggs, meat, fish, vegetables and fruits) and personal and domestic hygiene. NUMBER OF MEMBERS MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF AID Up to 2 members €200.00 Between 3 and 4 members €300.00 5 or more members €400.00 The maximum amounts to be paid for these items are set based on the number of members of the cohabiting family unit. 2. Aid for basic clothing and footwear, diapers, milk for infants and basic belongings. NUMBER OF MEMBERS MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF AID Up to 2 members €150.00 Between 3 and 4 members €250.00 5 or more members €350.00 The maximum amounts to be paid for these concepts are set based on the number of members of the cohabiting family unit. 3. Orthoses and prostheses. 4. Household supplies. NUMBER OF MEMBERS MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF AID Up to 2 members €85.00 Between 3 and 4 members €95.00 5 or more members €110.00 5. Rent or mortgage. 6. Alternative accommodation. 7. Complementary aid for the acquisition of books, school supplies and electronic devices. FOURTH.- APPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION 1. Application will be submitted (ANNEX I). 2. The submission period will be from the day following the publication of the extract of these bases in the B.O.P. of Cáceres until December 15 of the current year. FIFTH.- OBLIGATIONS OF THE BENEFICIARIES The obligations of the beneficiaries of urgent social protection aid are the following: a) Allow and facilitate the actions of the Basic Social Care Social Services and the staff of the granting body to verify compliance with the requirements to be beneficiaries of this aid, providing whatever information is required. b) Communicate, within a maximum period of 10 business days from when they occur, changes in economic, coexistence or any other type of circumstances that could lead to the denial of aid. c) Request in advance any other benefits, subsidies or aid to which the applicant or the remaining members of the cohabitation unit may be entitled. d) Consent to the transmission of your data to the supplying entities, if applicable, without prejudice to the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and/or opposition, in accordance with the provisions of the Law. e) Appear before the Administration and collaborate with
