Official description of the call
BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA: First. Call. The granting of the aid regulated in the Order of April 3, 2024, which calls for the Carestía Bono and approves the regulatory bases for its granting for family units with dependent minors over whom they have custody, is called in the non-competitive concession modality. Second. Beneficiaries. 1. Those individuals who, having at least one minor under 18 years of age in charge, meet the following requirements may request the Caresty Bonus provided for in the Order of April 3, 2024: a) That the sum of the income for the year 2022 of all the people who make up their family unit, understood as those who reside at the same address, is less than three times the current annual IPREM. Therefore, the sum of the income for the year 2022 of all the people who live in the home of the person applying for the Carestía Bono must be less than €21,600. b) That the applicant and the rest of the people registered at their address enjoy Andalusian administrative neighborhood at the time of the application. c) That the family unit to which the applicant belongs has at least one person under 18 years of age over whom they have custody. Minors in the family unit must be registered at the address of the person requesting the Carestía Bono. 2. Taking into account the nature of this subsidy, the requirement provided for in article 13.2 letter e) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, is excepted, and beneficiaries of this aid may be those who are not up to date in compliance with the tax or Social Security obligations imposed by the current provisions. Third. Object. The Carestía Bono is an aid that aims to generate a direct positive impact on the purchasing power of families and safeguard their economic dynamics, affected by the overload caused by the general increase in the prices of products and supplies, prioritizing the most vulnerable households, as is the case of family units with dependent minors over those with custody and whose income is less than three times the current annual IPREM. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the provisions of the Order of April 3, 2024, of the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality, by which the call for the Carestía Bono is made and the regulatory bases for its granting are approved. Fifth. Maximum amount per beneficiary person. The annual amount to be received by each beneficiary of the Carestía Bono will be €200, which will be paid in a single payment. Sixth. Maximum total amount The maximum budget limit for this call for fiscal year 2024 is 12,000,000.00 euros charged to the following budget item: LINE MAXIMUM AMOUNT BUDGETARY POSITION Dearness Bonus 12,000,000.00 Euros 1800 01 0000 G/31G/48502/00 01 Seventh. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the day following the publication of this Order in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía and the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, starting at 09:00 hours. Eighth. Other data. In accordance with the tenth additional provision of Decree-Law 3/2024, of February 6, the application will be presented, in accordance with the model established in Annex II and II Bis of the Order of April 3, 2024, compulsorily through electronic means in the Single Electronic Registry, through the Catalog of Procedures and Services through the link https://lajunta.es/bonocarestia. Requests will be directed to the person in charge of the General Directorate of Benefits, Aid and Subsidies.
