Subv. Sports Entities participation in Regular Leagues of a nac.fed nature

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: La Rioja sports entities, registered or attached to the La Rioja Sports Registry, which carry out their activity mainly in this Autonomous Community, will be able to access these subsidies, with the exception of Sports Joint Stock Companies, and Sports Groups dependent on educational centers supported with public funds from the Government of La Rioja. It will be understood that an entity mainly carries out its activity in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja when its sports promotion and at least 85% of the competition meetings and training sessions are held in this territory. Second. Purpose: These subsidies are intended to finance current expenses derived from participation in regular official national leagues at a federated level. The period of duration of the regular league that generates the eligible expense will be between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024. Third. Regulatory bases: Title II. Chapter II of Order EDC/36/2023, of June 2, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in sports (BOR number 115 of June 7, 2023). Room. Amount: A total amount of nine hundred and twenty thousand euros (920,000 euros) that will be charged to budget item 2024.0704.3411.480.03 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days computed from the day following the publication of the extract of the Resolution calling for this subsidy in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) 20.8.a) and 23.2.g) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Sixth. Its presentation will be made electronically through the electronic office of the Government of La Rioja www.larioja.org, in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Documentation: That provided for in the ninth section of Resolution 47/2024, of April 5, which calls for subsidies for participation in regular official leagues of a national nature at a federated level. Concession procedure: Subsidy line under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with the principles set out in article 8.3 of Decree 14/2006, of the legal regime for subsidies in the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Justification: Regarding the justification of the subsidy, the provisions of the twelfth section of Resolution 47/2024, of April 5, which calls for subsidies for participation in official regular national leagues at a federated level, will apply.
