CALL FOR CRAFTS 2024 axis 2 Local Entities

Official description of the call
First.- Object. Call for the subsidies regulated by Order DEA/2/2021, of January 11, in which the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to crafts are approved, which include all the axes of action and eligible activities included in the aforementioned Order, according to the following detail: Axis 1.- Implementation, development and consolidation of the craft sector. Beneficiaries: artisan companies. Attendance at fairs, markets and artisan events. Promotion and marketing of artisan products. Participation in training activities. Implementation, expansion or renovation, transfer and modernization of artisan workshops. Axis 2.- Dynamization of the artisan sector. A) Beneficiaries: Local Entities. Organization of fairs, markets and artisan events. Organization of training activity programs aimed at craft companies. B) Beneficiaries: Artisan Associations. Organization of fairs, markets and artisan events. Organization of training activity programs aimed at craft companies. Actions to promote the artisan sector. Actions necessary for the design, consulting, execution and evaluation of the actions developed by the Association for the revitalization of the sector. Second.- Regulatory bases. Order DEA/2/2021, of January 11 (BOR no. 10, of January 15), which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to crafts, consolidated text. Third.- Amount. Total amount 135,000 euros according to the following distribution: Axis 1 – Craft companies.- 72,000 euros. Axis 2 – Local entities.- 28,000 euros. Axis 2 – Crafts associations.- 35,000 euros. Fourth.- Concession procedure. The procedure for granting subsidies will be processed on a competitive basis until all the expenses approved in the call resolution have been exhausted. Fifth.- Amounts of eligible expenses. The minimum and maximum amounts of eligible expenses in each of the two lines of action are established in the sixth section of the Resolution calling for subsidies for this year. Sixth.- Intensity of aid. The amount of the subsidy and/or the intensity of aid applicable for each of the eligible actions will be: For artisan companies: - Attendance at fairs, markets and artisan events, 70% of the eligible expense. - Promotion and marketing of artisan products, 50% of the eligible expense. - Participation in training activities, 50% of the eligible expense. - Implementation, expansion or renovation, transfer and modernization of artisan workshops, 50% of the eligible expense. In any case, the maximum subsidy amount for all eligible concepts will not exceed 7,500 euros per beneficiary. For Local Entities: - Organization of fairs, markets and artisan events in their municipalities, 70% of the eligible expense. - Organization of training activity programs aimed at craft companies, 70% of eligible expenditure. In any case, the maximum subsidy amount for all eligible concepts will not exceed 20,000 euros per beneficiary. For artisan associations: - Organization of fairs, markets and artisan events, 70% of the eligible expense. - Organization of training activity programs aimed at craft companies, 70% of eligible expenditure. - Actions to promote the artisan sector, 70% of eligible expenditure. -Actions necessary for the design, consulting, execution and evaluation of the actions developed for the revitalization of the sector, 70% of eligible expenditure. In any case, the maximum subsidy amount for all eligible concepts will not exceed 20,000 euros per beneficiary. Seventh.- Eligible period. The eligible period will include the implementation, development and consolidation actions of the artisan sector carried out by artisan companies, and the actions to revitalize the artisan sector carried out by Local Entities and Associations of artisans, in the actions and expenses considered eligible in this call, from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. Eighth.- Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of this call.
