Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries. Those listed in article 3 of Order DEI/68/2018, of September 6, which approves the regulatory bases of the nominative subsidy for direct concession to trade union and business organizations for the promotion of institutional participation may be beneficiaries of this aid (Official Gazette of La Rioja number 106, of September 10). Second.- Object. Subsidize the most representative trade union and business organizations whose objective is compensation for their activities in the field of institutional participation provided for in the order. They will be nominative up to the limit of the credit that appears as such in the Annex of nominative allocation subsidies that is attached each year to the Budget Law of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Third.- Regulatory Bases. Order DEI/68/2018, of September 6, approving the regulatory bases for the nominative subsidy for direct concession to trade union and business organizations to promote institutional participation (Official Gazette of La Rioja number 106, of September 10). Fourth.- Amount. The expense for financing this aid amounts to a total amount of six hundred thousand euros (€600,000), for the following amounts and budget applications: 150,000 euros charged to application 19.03.01.42141.481.01; 150,000 euros charged to application 19.03.01.42141.481.02; and 300,000 euros charged to application 19.03.01.42141.482.01, of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja for the year 2024. Fifth.- Other data of interest. The period to be considered for the subsidy of expenses for institutional participation activities is between December 1, 2023 and November 30, 2024. The payment of the grants awarded will be made by Resolution of the Minister of Economy, Innovation, Business and Self-Employment, upon presentation by the beneficiary of the justification of the expenses incurred. December 9, 2024 is established as the deadline for the justification of the activities carried out by the beneficiary organizations up to the amount of the subsidy awarded. The justification will be presented in the manner established in article 7 of Order DEI/68/2018, of September 6, on regulatory bases. Exceptions are those payments whose accrual is prior to December 1, 2024, but whose effective payment is not made due to legal imperative until December 31, 2024 (income of Social Security contributions for the month of November 2023) or until January 20, 2025 (income of personal income tax withholdings).
