Official description of the call
First.- Regulatory bases: Order 15/2007, of September 3, of the Ministry of Tourism, Environment and Territorial Policy, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the conservation of livestock trails and their use for transhumant movements of livestock in protected natural spaces in La Rioja (Official Gazette of La Rioja no. 122 of 09/11/2007). Second.-Object: To call for the financial year 2024 the aid regulated by Order 15/2007, of September 3, which regulates the system for granting subsidies for the conservation of livestock trails and their use for transhumant movements of livestock in protected natural spaces in La Rioja. Third.- Beneficiaries: Article 2 of Order 15/2007, of September 3, establishes that private natural or legal persons, groups of them, communities of property, or any other type of economic unit or separate property that, even lacking legal personality, are owners of livestock that travel through livestock routes, contributing to their restoration or their use as firebreak areas, may benefit from the aid. Of the above entities, only those that have the status of private companies or for-profit entities may be eligible as potential beneficiaries for the aid of this call. Fourth.- Amount: Approve the expense corresponding to the call for the year 2024 of subsidies for the conservation of livestock routes and their use for transhumant movements of livestock in protected natural spaces in La Rioja, in accordance with Order 15/2007, of September 3, for a total amount of SIX THOUSAND EUROS (6,000 euros), charged to the budget application 05.06.4711.473.00 project 80702.2 of the budget for the year 2024. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: Applications will be submitted within one month from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of La Rioja of this extract of the Call Resolution. Sixth.- Other information of interest: 1.- Call.- The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address on the website of the Government of La Rioja (https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=10407) 2.- Applications.- The official application form will be available at the General Directorate of Natural Environment and Landscape (C/Pradoviejo, 62 bis, Logroño), at the Citizen Service (C/Beti Jai, 1, Logroño), or at the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja www.larioja.org, in the thematic area of the environment. 3.- Documentation.- Along with the application, the documentation included in article 5 of Order 15/2007, of September 3, must be submitted. 4.- Granting procedure.- As established in article 1.1 and the second additional provision of Order 15/2007, of September 3, these aid will be processed under a competitive competition regime. The competent Unit for the organization and instruction of the procedure is the Nature Conservation and Planning Service of the General Directorate of Natural Environment and Landscape. The body competent to resolve is the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment, unless a delegation of powers in the matter is in force. 5.- Publicity of the granting of the aid.- In accordance with the provisions of article 45 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the granting resolution will be published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. The application correction requirements will also be published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, specifying the list of beneficiaries who are required to present more documentation, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. 6.- Justification and payment.- As established in article 2.2.d) of the Regulatory Order, the deadline for carrying out and accrediting the activities will end on November 15, 2024. The Payment Resolution, as well as all administrative acts subsequent to the beneficiary's payment request, will be notified individually in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
