Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries Communities of irrigators and general communities of irrigators, attached to the basin organization of the Segura Hydrographic Demarcation, whose irrigation area is located mainly - more than 50% - in the Region of Murcia and on which falls the financial burden of the investments and expenses that are considered eligible. Second.- Purpose Aid for the improvement of energy efficiency and generation of renewable energy in irrigation communities and general irrigation communities. Third.- Regulatory bases Order of May 22, 2020 of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Environment, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the improvement of energy efficiency and generation of renewable energy in communities of irrigators and general communities of irrigators, within the framework of the Rural Development Program of the Region of Murcia 2014-2020, BORM No. 121, of May 27, modified by Order of May 6, 2022, BORM No. 109, of May 13. Fourth.- Amount The maximum amount to cover the investments of the irrigation communities beneficiaries of the grant of the aid amounts to the amount of 3,046,964.00 euros, to be paid from the 2025 annuity. An aid intensity of 40% of the eligible investment budget is established, up to a maximum aid amount of €850,000.00 per application. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counting from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia.
