Official description of the call
First. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases: Those established in Order SSG/27/2021, of May 28, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to municipalities for the expansion or renovation of municipal outdoor lighting installations, modified by Order PID/10/2024, of March 15. Second. Object. Call for the granting of subsidies by 2024 for projects whose purpose is to improve energy efficiency in the renewal of public lighting in historic centers and municipal tourist resources, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, in the terms of the first additional provision of the regulatory Order. In this call, expenses for audit service contracts, drafting of the basic report to promote efficient tourism, project drafting or construction management will be eligible for subsidies, when they correspond to subsidized actions under the Regulatory Order and are executed and justified within the established deadline. Third. Beneficiaries. The municipalities of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. In any case, it will be a prerequisite for granting the subsidy that the municipality has submitted to the General Directorate of Local Policy and Fight against Depopulation the documentation referred to in article 2.2 of the Regulatory Order. Room. Amount: The maximum amount of subsidy that may be recognized for each Local Entity will be 250,000 euros, without exceeding 100 percent of the amount of the investment (VAT included), for which the subsidy is intended. Fifth. Application submission deadline: One month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. Sixth. Form of presentation of the application. The subsidy application will be presented in accordance with the model in Annex I to this Resolution. This document, together with the study model or action report, will be available on the website of the Government of La Rioja. The submission of the application, along with additional documentation, will be made through the Electronic Office of the Government of La Rioja, procedure 25524, through the following link https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=&proc=25524. Seventh. Additional documentation: At the same time as the application, the following documentation must be submitted: Study or report of the action, approved by the competent body according to the Annex II model, detailing the selected alternative, the justification of the energy savings and the detailed budget of the actions breaking down the unit price by concept. Basic report to promote efficient tourism, approved by the competent body, according to Annex III model. Invoices for the supply (or supplies) of electrical energy related to the lighting installation on which the action corresponding to the last billing year is planned, counting from the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. A certificate issued by a competent technician, according to the Annex IV model, on the adequacy of the planned action to the requirements and criteria established by the regulations in force regarding energy efficiency. Eighth. Justification of the subsidy The deadline to justify the application of the subsidies will end on May 30, 2025. The lack of justification within that period will determine the loss of the right to collect the total or partial amount of the subsidy. The publication of this extract is intended to make effective the call for the granting of subsidies, in the terms of the extracted resolution, in accordance with the provisions of articles 20.8.a) and 23.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies.
