It can also be consulted on the Education Portal of the Junta de Castilla y León (http://www.educa.jcyl.es/universidad) First. Beneficiaries. 1. Young people registered in a municipality of Castilla y León on the date of publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León and at least uninterruptedly during the six months prior to publication may be beneficiaries of this aid, and who, prior to the end of the application submission period, meet the following requirements: a) Be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System File. b) For applicants for type A positions, possess the title of technician or higher professional training technician required for their performance or the equivalent qualification included in the regulations that regulate the required qualification. c) For applicants for type B positions, possess the university degree required for their performance. d) Not be subject to any of the prohibitions that to obtain the status of beneficiary are included in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. e) Not being enjoying, on the date of publication of the extract of this order in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León", nor enjoying at a later date, a contract co-financed by the aid granted for this action in previous calls. 2. Before the contract is concluded, the beneficiaries must prove that they are in a position to receive an action from the Youth Guarantee System. To do this, they will have to meet the requirements of the National Youth Guarantee System included in articles 104 and 105 of Law 18/2014, of October 15, approving urgent measures for growth, competitiveness and efficiency, and its subsequent modifications. Second. Object. Call, on a competitive basis, 100 grants aimed at financing the hiring of technical research support staff by the public universities of Castilla y León, for young people included in the National Youth Guarantee System, co-financed by the European Union, in the following types of positions: a) Type A: 35 grants to be awarded to graduates in vocational training. b) Type B: 65 grants to be awarded to university graduates. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order EDU/1033/2017, of November 17 (Published in the B. O. C. and L. no. 229, of November 29) and its subsequent modification by Order EDU/1522/2021, of December 3 (Published in the B. O. C. and L. no. 239, of December 14). Room. Amount. 1. The overall amount of the credit allocated to this aid will be FOUR MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€4,300,000.00). 2. The maximum aid for each of the contracts formalized will be twenty-one thousand five hundred euros (€21,500) for each full year, regardless of the type of position. The duration of the aid will be, at most, two years, counting from the day indicated in the granting resolution. The proportional part will be paid in the cases of resignation and substitution. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days from 00:00:00 on the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León and will end at 23:59:59 on the last day of the deadline.
