Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Associations established and domiciled in La Rioja, and registered in the corresponding Public Registry, may be beneficiaries. Those who, meeting all the requirements, obtain at least 10% of the total possible points will be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose: The financing of current expenses intended for the promotion and participation in free-time sports activities. These activities may not be included among those that have been subsidized in other lines of subsidy, through any of the calls of the Ministry with powers in sports matters. The period for carrying out activities will be between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024. Third. Regulatory bases: Title III of Order 5/2007, of February 9, of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, which establishes the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies in sports, of March 8, (BOR no. 25, of February 22, 2007). Room. Amount: A total amount of twenty-five thousand euros (25,000 euros) that will be charged to budget item 2024.0704.3411.480.01. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 2 months from the day following the publication of the extract of the Resolution calling for this subsidy in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) 20.8.a) and 23.2.g) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Sixth. Other information of interest: Call: The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address on the Government of La Rioja website (https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=18408) Applications: The official application form is available at the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja http://www.larioja.org/deporte/es/becas-subvenciones. Its presentation will be made electronically through the electronic office of the Government of La Rioja www.larioja.org, in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Documentation: That provided for in the eighth section of Resolution 73/2024, of June 17, of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Sports and Youth, which calls for subsidies to La Rioja associations of public utility and social interest for free-time sports activities. Concession procedure: Subsidy line under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with the principles set out in article 8.3 of Decree 14/2006, of the legal regime for subsidies in the Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. Justification: Regarding the justification of the subsidy, the provisions of the fourteenth section of Resolution 73/2024, of June 17, of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, Sports and Youth, which call for subsidies to La Rioja associations of public utility and social interest for free-time sports activities, will apply.
