First.- Purpose The purpose of this Order is to call, for the year 2024, under a competitive competition regime, the aid intended for the activities of official milk control in Castilla y León, provided for in Chapter VI of Royal Decree 663/2023, of July 18, which regulates the control of milk performance for genetic evaluation in bovine, ovine and caprine species, establishing the regulatory bases for the subsidies. to the control of milk yield and various royal decrees on agricultural matters are modified. Second.- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of this aid will be the dairy control entities or, where applicable, the associations or organizations of breeders that meet the requirements indicated in article 22 of Royal Decree 663/2023, of July 18. Third.- Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these aid have been established by Royal Decree 663/2023, of July 18 ("BOE" no. 172, of July 20, 2023), which regulates the control of milk yield for genetic evaluation in bovine, ovine and goat species, establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the control of milk yield and modify various royal decrees on agrarian matters. Fourth.- Amount The aid will be granted under the budget application 0304G.412C01.78095 of the General Budgets of the Community of Castilla y León for the year 2024, for an amount of three hundred nineteen thousand six hundred fifteen euros (€319,615), an amount corresponding to that assigned through the Sectoral Conference of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. However, if budget availability allows, the initial endowment may be increased by an additional amount of up to two hundred thousand euros (€200,000) without the need for a new call. Fifth.- Deadline for submission The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León.
