Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Private non-profit entities that have their registered office, or a permanent delegation, in the Region of Murcia and develop social volunteer programs and/or projects within its territorial scope may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second. Object. The purpose of the Order is to approve the call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at private non-profit entities, for the promotion and promotion of social volunteering in the Region of Murcia. The purpose of the subsidies being called is the financing of social volunteering projects framed within the scope of the Ministry of Social Policy, Families and Equality, for the promotion and promotion of social volunteering in the Region of Murcia. Third. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the provisions of the Order of January 5, 2010 of the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies in the field of social services, published in BORM No. 6 of January 9, 2010, by Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of the General Law of Subsidies and supplementarily Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and by any other legal provision that may be applicable. Likewise, it will be governed by the provisions of Law 5/2004, of October 22, on volunteering in the Region of Murcia, Law 45/2015, of October 14, on volunteering; as well as in Decree No. 107/2009, of May 8, which regulates registration, cancellation and access to the General Registry of Volunteer Entities of the Region of Murcia. Room. Amount. These subsidies will be granted from the allocation established in budget item 18.04.00.313J.481.12 “Social Volunteering”, project number 46135 “A ESFL actions for the promotion of volunteering”, for a maximum total amount of 200,000.00 euros, from the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the year 2024, approved Law 4/2023, of December 28, and distributed depending on the nature of the projects proposed for concession. The subsidies awarded will be granted up to the limit of the existing definitive budget allocation, as long as the legal requirements established in the applicable legislation, in the regulatory bases and in accordance with the principles of publicity, concurrence and objectivity are met. Fifth. Presentation deadline. The submission period will be one month, counting from the day following the publication in the "Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM)" of the corresponding extract of the call. Sixth. Other data. Projects presented by entities likely to be beneficiaries will be eligible for subsidy through this call for subsidies, as long as they develop their voluntary action within the social field and in the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. The following actions will be eligible for subsidies: Dissemination, awareness-raising and recruitment of volunteers, aimed at the citizens of the Region of Murcia. These actions can be carried out through courses, conferences, seminars, talks, workshops and awareness campaigns and recruitment of new volunteers. The actions may be aimed at citizens in general or at certain sectors of the population (older people, young people, university students, etc.). Training actions aimed at volunteers from the entity itself, or from other volunteer entities, who carry out their voluntary action in the Region of Murcia. The training may be directed, in the same way, to those professionals hired by the entity who, in addition, are volunteers of the same. This circumstance must be reported in Annex I-Explanatory Report of the Project (by checking the corresponding box) and also accredited in the subsidy justification process, through a Responsible Declaration.
