Regulatory bases for the call for the public tender for the granting of subsidies for Thermal Digital Nomads, corresponding to the year 2024. Purpose and beneficiaries. The object of these rules is the regulation of the granting of subsidies aimed at promoting thermal stays for digital nomads, creating the concept of Digital Thermal Nomad, through non-competitive competition, through the procedure provided for in article 19.2 of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on Subsidies of Galicia, and in article 8 of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Ourense (BOP no. 260, of November 12, 2015). The granting of aid to which this call refers will be carried out continuously, until the planned budget is exhausted, according to the order in which applications are received and under the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination. Stays Program for Thermal Digital Nomads Through the procedure regulated in these rules, the Provincial Council of Ourense will grant subsidies for the STAYS FOR THERMAL DIGITAL NOMADS Program that involves a stay in a thermal facility between 10 and 30 days on a full board basis. Accommodation may be in a shared double room or single room. The beneficiaries will have access to at least 10 thermal techniques, with the possibility of medical examination. The accommodation provides high-speed internet connection in spaces for personal use (rooms), as well as common spaces. Also providing a common work space with internet connection and flexible hours. Spa establishments included in the subsidized programs. The spa establishments where stays can be made are the following: Gran Balneario de O Carballiño. Arnoia Caldaria Spa. Laias Caldaria Spa Lobios Caldaria Spa. Cortegada Spa. Caldas de Partovia Spa. Without prejudice to the above, throughout the 2024 financial year, other spa establishments in the province of Ourense may be incorporated that request it. The inclusion of new establishments during the validity of the subsidy program will be made public through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council. Persons receiving subsidies. Natural persons who meet the required requirements may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these bases, as stated below: Have an accredited job based on the use of the Internet and do not need to have a physical presence in work spaces other than those provided by the spa establishments. Not have a permanent fixed residence in any town hall in the province of Ourense. Have the licenses and/or administrative authorizations required under Spanish legislation to carry out your professional/work activity in Spain. Not suffer from any illness, medical condition or contraindication that makes normal coexistence in spa establishments difficult or impossible. Be a valid person for the activities of daily life. Any person of legal age who wishes to stay together with the person who meets the requirements to be a beneficiary of this subsidy may also be a beneficiary of the subsidy, as a companion. In this case, the conditions of your stay in the spa establishments will have to be requested jointly and will be carried out simultaneously, without this person having access to a room for individual use. Budget availability. The planned budget for the programs regulated in these bases is €20,000, charged to budget item: 31331 / 20700 of the budgets of the Provincial Council of Ourense for the year 2024. Prices of stays and amounts of subsidies and prices of services. The daily prices for the stays will be as follows: Shared double room: the price will range between a minimum of €72.00/person per day and a maximum of €89.00/person per day. Single room: the price will range between a minimum of €90.00/person per day, and a maximum of €110.00/person per day. The subsidies will have the following amounts of €25/day per beneficiary, whether in a double room or single room, with a maximum subsidy of €450 in total.
