Official description of the call
First. Object. The purpose of this call is to support local non-profit entities and associations in the development of activities to promote and promote culture, education and sport, the environment and support for the associative, commercial, business and professional fabric in its different areas (Line 1 of the PES) and/or promotion and promotion of family conciliation and support for families, children, youth and the elderly (Line 2 of the PES). Second. Beneficiaries. Legally constituted entities and associations that meet the following requirements may participate in the call: a) Non-profit purposes. b) Develop their activities within the municipal area of Parada de Sil. c) Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding administrative registry and notify the Parada de Sil City Council of the representatives of its governing bodies along with a copy of the CIF and the statutes of the entity for incorporation into the municipal registry or updating of data, if applicable. d) Have registered office in the municipality of Parada de Sil. e) That the performance of the activities for which aid is requested are related to the corporate purpose of the entity. f) Not incur the causes of incompatibility or inability to be beneficiaries or receive subsidies from the public administration provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies. g) Not have any subsidy granted by the Parada de Sil City Council pending justification unless an extension was granted on an exceptional basis. h) Not having opened an amount refund procedure for any of the causes provided for in article 37 of law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. i) Be up to date with compliance with tax duties with the state and regional tax agency and, where applicable, with social security. Communities of neighboring forests in common hands are expressly excluded from this call. Third. Applications: form, place and deadline for submission. The applications along with the rest of the documentation will be submitted electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Parada de Sil City Council according to the model provided in Annex I of these rules. The submission period will be FIFTEEN (15) calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Applications submitted by any means other than through the electronic headquarters of the Parada de Sil City Council will not be admitted for processing, nor will those applications submitted within the established deadline for requesting be accepted, with a resolution being issued declaring the file without further processing, and which will be notified to the interested party. Room. Documentation to present. a) Annex I. Application signed by the president of the entity, association or group. b) Annex II. Responsible declaration of not being involved in any of the causes indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. c) Annex III. Declaration on all subsidies and aid, public or private, requested for the same purpose indicating whether they were granted, denied or pending resolution. d) Annex IV. Detailed explanatory report on the activity(s) for which aid is requested and which have a marked cultural, sporting, training or social component. e) Annex V. Budget of expenses and income planned for carrying out the activity/s. f) Annex VI. Explanatory report of the main activities carried out in the last three years. g) Declaration responsible for being up to date in compliance with tax duties with the state tax agency (AEAT), regional tax agency (ATRIGA) and with social security. h) Copy of the statutes and identification of the governing bodies of the entity. Fifth. Eligible period. Those activities carried out between January 1 and December 31, 2024 will be eligible for subsidies. However, in the case of activities carried out in the month of December, they must be duly justified and motivated to be able to fit them within the 2024 budget year. Sixth. Eligible expenses. Those expenses that undoubtedly respond to the nature of the project will be eligible for subsidies.
