Official description of the call

First. - Beneficiaries The owners and persons duly authorized by them (such as tenants) of single-family or collective housing buildings (excluding actions of communities of owners), located on the Urban Land of Pedrola and for which a minimum age of 40 years is proven, may be eligible to apply for aid. Beneficiaries must meet the conditions determined by current legislation to be able to access public aid, and in any case they must: - Be Spanish or a foreigner with legal residence in Spain. Foreigners residing in the municipality of Pedrola may benefit from this benefit as long as they meet the conditions of Organic Law 4/2000, on the Rights and Freedoms of Foreigners in Spain, or legislation applicable at all times and the requirements established in this rule. - Maintenance of ownership or use of the home by the applicant, at least for the 5 years following obtaining the aid. The subsequent control of the maintenance of this requirement will be carried out ex officio by the City Council. - Not be subject to any of the prohibitions indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. - Object It is the object of these subsidies, in accordance with Ordinance no. 59 regulating the granting of subsidies for the reform and improvement of the conditions of the housing construction of the Pedrola City Council, the granting of aid that finances the costs of rehabilitation, adaptation, reform and improvement of the conditions of the housing construction in the municipality of Pedrola. Third. - Regulatory bases This call is made subject to the provisions of Ordinance no. 59 regulating the granting of subsidies regarding the reform and improvement of the conditions of housing construction, approved by the Plenary City Council, in an extraordinary session on March 30, 2021 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza No. 119 of May 28, 2021. Fourth. - Budget credit The subsidy is allocated to the budget application: 1522.78000 Housing rehabilitation subsidies, for an amount of 30,000.00 euros. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be thirty-five business days, counted from the day following the publication of these bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza. The complete call will be published in the National Subsidies Database and on the Notice Board and the municipal website. Applications must be submitted duly completed, in accordance with the official model established in the annexes to the call and accompanied by the corresponding documents. Applications will be submitted by any of the following means: At the Pedrola City Council Registry. In any of the places provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
