Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: 1. That the applicant is registered and habitually resides in the municipality of Vilamarxant for at least 1 year before submitting the application. 2. Be of legal age or legally emancipated. 3. That the gross per capita income of the members of the cohabitation unit to which the person making the request belongs does not exceed the amount that the Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing establishes annually in accordance with current regulations. For the purposes of calculating per capita income, all gross income from salaries, income from property, financial returns and pensions of all members of the cohabitation unit will be considered, as well as the amount of aid granted by public or private institutions. A cohabitation unit is understood to be made up of two or more people who live together in the same home, whether they are united by marriage or another form of permanent relationship or analogous to a conjugal relationship, or there is a kinship relationship by consanguinity, adoption or affinity up to the second degree. It may be considered that there is an independent cohabitation unit, even if the cohabitation occurs in the same physical setting as other people outside the unit, if the applicants have been forced to leave their habitual residence for reasons such as violence in the family, gender violence or eviction. 4. Not have any other aid or benefit for the same purpose granted by a public body or private entity and that is incompatible in accordance with current regulations. 5. Not have possession of real estate other than the habitual residence, over which there is a right of ownership, usufruct or any other that is indicative of the existence of sufficient means to subsist. Second. Purpose: Aid for individualized economic benefits in the area of ​​“Energy poverty aid (basic supplies)” Third. Regulatory bases: Regulatory Ordinance of the specific Bases of social aid granted by the Vilamarxant City Council. Rules of the call http://www.vilamarxant.sede.dival.es Fourth. Amount: 1. Gas: €150.00 per cohabitation unit. 2. Electricity: €200.00 per cohabitation unit. 3. Water: €150.00 per cohabitation unit. Fifth. Financing: The budget credit available for this call is provided for in budget application 16.231.48001 – Energy Poverty Aid from the 2024 Budget of the Vilamarxant City Council in the amount of €16,482.99. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be during the first fortnight of June and the first fortnight of October, following publication of the call in the National Subsidies Database and on the Electronic Board of the Vilamarxant City Council.
