BDNS. Identifier no. Line 1 ; Line 2 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. First.- Call. For the financial year 2024, the aid provided for in Lines 1 and 2 of the Order of May 31, 2022, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for training, studies and publications on gender violence are called (BOJA no. 106, of June 6). Second.- Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities that meet the requirements set forth in sections 4. a) 1 and 2 of the summary tables may apply for the subsidies provided for in the Order of May 31, 2022, Lines 1 and 2. Third.- Object. The purpose of the subsidies provided for in line 1 is to improve knowledge through the implementation of training activities on gender violence. The purpose of the subsidies provided for in line 2 is to improve knowledge through studies and publications on gender violence. Fourth.- Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the provisions of the Order of May 31, 2022, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for training, studies and publications on gender violence (BOJA no. 106, of June 6). Fifth.- Amount. For the financial year 2024, the financing of the subsidies will be made from the following budget items: BUDGET ITEM LINE MAXIMUM AMOUNT (in euros) Line 1. Subsidies to non-profit entities, for carrying out gender training activities. 1800180000 G/31T/48002/00 S0689 500,000 Line 2. Subsidies to non-profit entities, intended for studies and publications on gender. 1800180000 G/31T/48002/00 S0689 150,000 The maximum percentage of the subsidy will be 100% of the budget presented, with a maximum amount established in each line: Line 1: 18,000 euros per beneficiary entity. Line 2: 25,000 euros per beneficiary entity. In any case, the granting of the planned subsidies will be limited by existing budgetary availability. Notwithstanding the above, any sudden increases in the available credit will make possible a complementary resolution of the granting of the subsidy that includes applications that, even though they meet all the requirements, have not been beneficiaries due to exhaustion of the same, in accordance with the provisions of article 10.e) of Decree 282/2010, of May 4, which approves the Regulation of Procedures for granting subsidies of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía. Sixth.- Application submission deadline. The applications will be addressed to the people indicated in section 10.b) of the summary table of each line approved by the Order of May 31, 2022, and must be submitted within a period of fifteen business days starting from the day following the day on which the publication in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia of this extract takes place, provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies.
