Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es), using the BDNS identifier. First. Beneficiary entities. All entities of the Social Third Sector registered in the Network for the protection and inclusion of people and families in situations of greater economic and social vulnerability in Castilla y León may be beneficiaries of this type of subsidies, which must provide care services in centers and day services to support children and adolescents at risk and educational intervention with minor offenders in the open environment of the Catalog of Social Services. Second. Object and purpose. The objective is to call, under a competitive competition regime, the creation of new day centers, extending this network to the largest population centers, and putting into operation new places in those localities where they do not exist or are deficient, within the Community of Castilla y León to provide a day care service outside of school hours, to support children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability, as well as, to comply with measures that imply attendance at a day center imposed by the Juvenile Courts, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 5/2000, of January 12, regulating the criminal responsibility of minors. Third. Regulatory bases. ORDER FAM/596/2024, of June 14 (published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León No. 119 of June 20, 2024). Room. Amount. The total amount of the subsidies will be 1,206,212 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León.
