Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Social Economy Business Organizations of a sectoral and intersectoral nature, which have their registered and tax domicile in the Region of Murcia, and the aid will be granted for work centers located in it. Second. Objective To promote and consolidate representative or associative structures of the Social Economy in the Region of Murcia, for the representation and defense of their interests, the development of common goals and the dissemination of their work in society. Partial or total financing may be subsidized, excluding recoverable Value Added Tax (VAT), of activities related to its internal organization and operation in the exercise of the powers legally attributed to it, and will be used to cover personnel expenses, current expenses, expenses for providing services and management to its associates, as well as expenses derived from dissemination actions that aim to publicize the activities of social economy companies. Third. Regulatory bases Order of May 22, 2023 of the Ministry of Business, Social Economy and the Self-Employed, of regulatory bases for subsidies for programs to promote the Social Economy of the Region of Murcia (BORM no. 119, of 05.25.2023), modified by Order of March 12, 2024 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business (BORM no. 65, of March 18, 2024). Room. Amount The initial credit available for this aid program is 318,240.00 euros. The maximum subsidy per file will be obtained by applying the following distribution: Number of associated companies (E) Subsidy (euros) E greater than 600 246,000.00 E greater than or equal to 81 and less than or equal to 600 114,000.00 E greater than or equal to 41 and less than or equal to 80 97,000.00 E greater than or equal to 20 and less than or equal to 40 50,000.00 If there are remaining funds available, the distribution will continue by ordering the files from highest to lowest taking into account the average workforce of permanent workers with an indefinite and part-time employment contract for the year 2023, and the credits will be distributed in that order. The maximum subsidy per file will be obtained by applying the following distribution: Number of permanent workers (T) Subsidy (euros) T greater than or equal to 25 80,000.00 T greater than or equal to 15 and less than or equal to 24 63,000.00 T greater than or equal to 10 and less than or equal to 14 52,000.00 T greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 9 15,000.00 T equal to 1 5,500.00 The maximum subsidy per file will be the sum of the credits assigned in the first and second order. If, once the funds have been distributed as established in the previous paragraph, there are remaining funds available, they will be distributed among the applicants in proportion to the number of companies associated with each business organization as of December 31, 2023. Fifth. Deadline The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day this Order comes into force and will end one month after its entry into force. Sixth. Other information The procedure for granting subsidies will be competitive. The associated expense of the actions carried out will be the one carried out between January 1 and December 31, 2024.
