Official description of the call
1. Regulatory Bases In a plenary session held on December 21, 2017, the general Ordinance regulating the bases for granting subsidies was approved. The General Ordinance regulating the bases for granting subsidies was published in BORM No. 122 dated May 29, 2018 and is published on the transparency portal. Considering that on December 28, 2023, by agreement of the Plenary Session in ordinary session, the creation of the Family subsidy line is approved. Persons interested in applying for this specific call must comply with everything not regulated in these specific bases as established in the general ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies and Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The procedure for granting these subsidies will be on a competitive basis, by comparing the applications presented, in order to establish a priority between them in accordance with the evaluation criteria established in this call, awarding, with the limit set in the following point, those that have obtained the highest evaluation in application of the aforementioned criteria. 2. Budget Credits The budget credits to which the subsidy is allocated are the following, charged to budget application 231648900 “Subsidies for the Promotion of 1st Grade Early Childhood Schooling”, and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is €100,000.00. 3. Object, Conditions and Purpose of the Subsidy The purpose of this call is to subsidize expenses derived from the enrollment of minors between 0 and 3 years of age in the 2023-2024 school year in Schools that teach the First Grade of Early Childhood Education or entities specialized in Reconciliation of Work and Family Life, by families in the municipality of Las Torres de Cotillas, as beneficiary natural persons classified in the point FOURTH. This action of public and social interest will contribute to guaranteeing the offer in the first educational stage, promoting the early schooling of boys and girls from 0 to 3 years old, collaborating with families and cooperating with the operation of private and public child care centers, which do not receive another type of subsidy or, where appropriate, complemented the cost of the subsidized services provided as long as the sum of both aids does not exceed the cost of the total service provided. The centers providing the service may be public or private and may or may not be registered with the Department of Education of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, as long as they meet all legal and legal requirements for the provision of Work and Family Life Reconciliation services. Families who contract the services provided by companies or entities with the following objectives may be eligible for a subsidy: Nursery Schools that teach the First Cycle of Early Childhood Education approved by the Department of Education of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, public or private. Companies intended to provide Work, Family and Personal Life Reconciliation services (care and custody of minors between 0 and 3 years old), duly registered as a company and with the corresponding IAE heading. The entities may have their registered office in Las Torres de Cotillas or in any other municipality where fathers and mothers registered in Las Torres de Cotillas carry out their professional work. The following will not be subject to subsidy: Services provided to families that are not intended for children between 0 and 3 years old and do not have the purpose of First Grade Early Childhood Education or the Reconciliation of Work, Family and Personal Life. The amount of the subsidy, in no case may it be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other aid from other Administrations or Public or Private Entities, national or international, exceeds the cost of the service contracted by the beneficiary. 4. Applicants. Any natural person who meets the objectives defined in the specific bases and is registered in the municipality of Las Torres de Cotillas will be eligible for the grant of a subsidy, upon request. To attend the public call, the applicant individuals must prove their registration.
