Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.la of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es) and in the electronic headquarters of the Sandiás City Council and on the Sandiás City Council website. The identification code assigned by the BDNS to the call is 782660. First. Beneficiaries. The families of students who are enrolled in the 2024/2025 academic year at the level of early childhood education (second stage) and primary education at the public center of the Sandiás City Council who meet the requirements of the second article of the call bases will be eligible for the subsidies from this call. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to grant subsidies to families from the municipality of Sandiás whose sons and daughters attend the public teaching center for early childhood education (second stage) and primary education for the 2024/2025 academic year to help meet the expenses incurred by schooling and as an incentive to establish population in small municipalities. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the General Subsidy Ordinance of the Sandiás City Council published in the BOP No. 200 of September 1, 2022 and in the bases of the call approved on 08/26/2024 and which are published in the BOP of Ourense, the electronic headquarters of the Sandiás City Council, the City Council's notice board and on the website. Room. Amount of aid. The budget appropriations to which the subsidy is allocated are the following 231,480 and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is 2,000.00. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as an Annex to the call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, within a period of 15 calendar days from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, as stated in article 6.2 of the Royal Decree. 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid. Sixth. Other data. The applications (duly covered and signed) must be accompanied by the following documentation: - Certificate or report from the school where the students carry out their studies specifying the course in which they are enrolled. - Certificate or report from the school as to whether they received aid, its amount, or if, on the contrary, they did not receive any. - Photocopy of the DNI of the applicant, father, mother, guardian or person awarded in family foster care systems. - Photocopy of the family book - Student registration certificate
