EXTRACT FROM THE CALL. Subject: Extract of the plenary agreement dated 1/8/2024 by which sports subsidies are called through competitive competition for the year 2024. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the Database of Subsidies, https://www.ayunzuera.com/subvenciones-en-materia-de-cultura-y-deporte-2024/ First. Beneficiaries. Natural and legal persons who are in any of the following circumstances may apply for this call for subsidies: Entities and associations, public or private, domiciled in the municipality of Zuera that carry out activities of municipal interest and are duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. Second. Object. The purpose of this call for subsidies is to collaborate financially with cultural associations and non-profit entities, for the development of activities and programs of general interest related to culture, during the current year. Third. Regulatory bases. Bases of the call on culture in competitive competition, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza, on the electronic notice board of the Zuera City Council, on the corporate website https://www.ayunzuera.com/ and on its transparency portal. Room. Amount. The total financial amount of the subsidy will be €4,000. The subsidy provided for in this call is financed exclusively from the Budget of the Zuera City Council, charged to budget item 2024.810.3410.48000 - Subsidies for sports activities -, of the Budgets of the Zuera City Council for the year 2024. Fifth. Deadline and place for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza. The application accompanied by the corresponding complementary documentation must be submitted to the General Registry of the Zuera City Council, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., through the Electronic Registry of this City Council (https://zuera.sedelectronica.es/) or by any of the forms provided for in Law 39/2015 on the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and the Common Administrative Procedure.
