SUMMARY ANNOUNCEMENT Mayor's Resolution No. 2024-0266 dated August 21, 2024, which calls for aid for Rehabilitation actions at the Neighborhood Level of the Campos del Río City Council, under Royal Decree 853/2021, of October 5, which regulates aid programs in the field of Residential Rehabilitation and Housing Social of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan-Financed by the European Union-NextGenerationEU.TEXT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es) and in the website of the Campos del Río City Council. First. Purpose The object of this call is the aid intended for the financing of the joint execution of rehabilitation works in buildings with predominantly residential use and homes, including single-family homes and the urbanization or redevelopment of public spaces within the Programmed Rehabilitation Residential Environment (ERRP) of the municipality of Campos del Río. Second. Amount of aid The budget appropriations to which the subsidy is allocated are the following 2024-1522-78000, and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is €26,170.04 for a total of 4 homes. Third. Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in accordance with the call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented at the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, within a period of 20 calendar days from the publication of the extract of the call in the BORM, as stated in article 6.2 of the Royal Decree. 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid.
