Official description of the call
“REGULATORY BASES OF THE QUEENS AND KINGS COMPETITION OF THE PATRON'S HOLIDAYS IN HONOR OF THE HOLY CHRIST OF CADRETE.” 1.- Purpose The Cadrete City Council convenes, on a competitive basis, the contest of queens and kings, on the occasion of the celebration of the Patron Saint Festivities in Honor of the Santo Cristo de Cadrete. The purpose of this contest is to reward the originality, style, culture and training, and the behavior and expression of the participants in it. 2.- Recipients All natural persons over nine (9) years of age, regardless of their nationality, will have the right to participate in this contest. 3.- Prizes A prize of €2,500 will be distributed, with a maximum of €500 per participant. The payment of the prizes will be made from budget item 3380.48001 of the current municipal Budget, and will materialize after the concession agreement approved by the Mayor's Office, according to the proposal of the Jury. 4.- Presentation of participation requests. The deadline for admission of applications will be that determined in the call. The application for participation will be submitted according to the model attached to these Rules as “Annex I”, accompanied by a photocopy of the DNI and one or more photographs in which the criteria of the call can be assessed. Also a third party file and a Responsible Declaration indicating that you are up to date with Social Security and the Tax Agency. The application for participation may be submitted personally, in person, to the Registry of the Cadrete City Council, or sent by mail, transport agency or by any other means, from door to door at your own expense and risk, postage paid, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, except holidays, to the following address: CADRETE CITY COUNCIL. Plaza de Aragón, 5. 50420. CADRETE (Zaragoza). The application for participation may also be submitted electronically, within the same period, through the electronic headquarters of the Cadrete City Council at the address https://cadrete.sedelectronica.es/info.1 5.- Selection and awarding of prizes The Jury will be made up of corporate personnel, expert residents and recognized prestige in the field who will be appointed by the Councilor for Celebrations and Civil Protection, who will preside over it. The Jury will be made up of a president, three members and a secretary, with voice, but without vote. The Jury's decision will be final and will be communicated to all participants in accordance with the provisions of these Rules. The Jury will adopt its decision impartially in accordance with the duty of abstention and confidentiality in relation to the information known for the performance of its function. The Jury is authorized to resolve any problem that arises, whether or not it is contemplated in the Rules; will have competence and authority to resolve conflicts and unforeseen events; It will adopt the agreements by majority vote and its ruling will be final; Likewise, it reserves the right to declare all or some of the prizes void, if the participants in the contest do not meet sufficient merits in its opinion. The ruling will be announced on the Cadrete City Council website www.cadrete.es, in addition to being communicated by email to all those who have entered the contest. 6.- Causes for refund In the event that the winners do not comply with the obligations of this call, the purpose of the prize will be deemed to have not been fulfilled, which will entail the obligation to refund the amounts received with the corresponding late payment interest from the moment of payment of the aid until the date on which the origin of the refund is agreed (article 37.1.b. of Law 38/2003, of November 17, Subsidies General). 7.- Incompatibility with other aid The express compatibility of this award with any other public or private aid or subsidy is declared. 8.-Acceptance of the Rules The mere fact of entering this contest implies acceptance of its Rules, so failure to comply with any point specified in them implies immediate disqualification. 9. Obligations of the winners The winners must attend the events organized by the Cadrete City Council, on the occasion of the Patron Saint Festivities in honor of the Holy Christ and that their attendance is scheduled.
