Official description of the call
FIRST. - OBJECT AND PURPOSE: The purpose of this subsidy call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to federated athletes registered in the municipality of Tous up to 20 years old who practice both individual and collective sports specialties. The purpose of this aid is to promote sport in the municipality as a healthy lifestyle habit, mainly through sports practice, especially for children and young people under 20 years of age or who have turned 20 in the year 2024. SECOND. - REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITION OF BENEFICIARY IN THE SUBSIDY All federated athletes residing in Tous who meet, at the time of granting, the following requirements may apply for this subsidy: a) Be federated with a license in force at the time of the application. b) Be registered or effectively reside in the municipality of Tous at least 12 months prior to applying for the subsidy. c) Be up to date with tax obligations with the AEAT, or with the SS, as well as with the Tous City Council. If the aid is intended for minors, this point will refer to the mother/father or legal guardian of the minor. d) Be under 20 years old or turn 20 years old in 2024. Young athletes or, if they are minors, parents or legal guardians who fall into any of the following sections will not be eligible for the subsidy: a. Being subject to any of the circumstances indicated in art. 13 of the LGS. b. Not having repaid any of the subsidies granted by this City Council when they were obliged to do so. c. Not being up to date with tax obligations with the Tous City Council or with the Tax Agency, or having debts with Social Security. d. Failure to justify, in the established terms and conditions, any subsidy granted by the Tous City Council. THIRD. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. Subsidies can be requested from the day following the publication of the corresponding annual call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia and until November 30 of the current year.
