BENEFICIARIES: Natural persons, father, mother, guardian, foster family or any other person who holds parental authority or guardianship of one or several minors enrolled in Early Childhood Education and who meet the following requirements: - All members of the cohabitation unit must be registered in the Esgos City Council at least since January 1, 2023. - Be enrolled in school. in public or private educational centers in concerted sections of Early Childhood Education.- Be up to date with the payment of tax obligations of the Esgos City Council.- Comply with the requirements established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. For the purposes of these Bases, the cohabitation unit is understood to be spouses, de facto partners, adult and minor children, ascendants of spouses and legal guardians who They live together in the same municipality, according to the municipal coexistence certificate. In cases of separation or divorce, the father or mother who has custody of the minors declared by court ruling will be considered. In the case of shared custody, all parents will be considered. OBJECT: The purpose of these rules is to regulate the call for aid for the acquisition of school supplies in order to compensate the families of the Esgos City Council to meet the expenses derived from the schooling of their children enrolled in the Early Childhood Education Cycle, on a non-competitive basis in accordance with article 55 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. REGULATORY BASES: The regulatory bases will be published on the website of the Esgos town council (https://concelloesgos.com/ and on the notice board of the electronic headquarters (https://concelloesgos.sedelectronica.gal/info.1) AMOUNT: The amount of 1,500 euros is allocated for the granting of the aid called, which will be financed from the budget application 320,480, recorded in the Current Municipal Budget. The aid will be granted in strict order of presentation until the assigned budget credit is exhausted. The budget limit may not be exceeded. The amount of aid will be 70 euros per child for the 4th, 5th and 6th years of Early Childhood Education (3, 4 and 5 years).
