Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Groups of innovative entities, as defined in article 3 of the Regulatory Bases, formed by at least two independent entities, one of which must be public and the other private. Second. Object. Call for public aid, through the advance processing procedure, on a competitive basis, for the financing of experimental development projects, in public-private cooperation and with the aim of promoting technology transfer. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of July 12, 2024, of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business, which regulates the bases for the granting of public aid intended to finance public-private cooperation projects to promote the transfer of technology framed in the Research and Innovation Strategy for the intelligent and sustainable specialization of the Region of Murcia for the period 2021-2027 -RIS4 Region of Murcia- co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund -FEDER- (BORM number 166, dated July 18, 2024). Room. Amount. The maximum credit allocated to finance this call for aid is 5,833,334 euros in the form of subsidies. The maximum amount for each beneficiary is 220,000 euros for each project in which they participate. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 2 months from the entry into force of this call. Sixth. Other data. Given the anticipated nature of the call and, in accordance with Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, the granting of this aid is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the resolution of the grant, during the financial year 2026. The submission of applications will be made at the electronic headquarters of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, https://sede.carm.es/, through a generic form, duly completed and signed by the project coordinating entity, through procedure number 4432, together with the corresponding documentation and annexes, in accordance with article 6 of the call for aid. A single application will be submitted for each project, which must be made by the entity that acts as project coordinator and which is stated in the Cooperation Agreement, in accordance with article 7.1.b) of the Base Order.
