ANNOUNCEMENT relating to the extract of the Plenary Agreement of September 30, 2024, which approves the Bases for Granting Study Grants. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call for subsidies from the Cariñena City Council is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the Database. National Subsidy Data (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es): First. — Beneficiaries. Students enrolled in the following studies may apply for the scholarship: 1.- Postgraduate/university master's studies: all postgraduate/university master's students enrolled in the current academic year (2023-2024). 2.- University studies: All those University degree students, who are studying at any Spanish university, enrolled in the 2023-2024 academic year, in at least 80% of the credits of each year according to the study plans of their degrees. Two university scholarships will be awarded, differentiating between two branches, with one scholarship distributed to each branch: - Arts, Humanities, Social, Economic and Legal Sciences - Engineering, Architecture, Veterinary Medicine, Health Sciences and Sciences 3.- Higher artistic studies: All those students who are enrolled in the 2023-2024 academic year in the higher cycles of their respective official artistic studies, whether in the Higher Degree of musical conservatory, dance, theater or in art school. 4.- Higher training cycle studies: All students enrolled in a higher degree during the 2023-2024 academic year. 5.- Intermediate training cycle studies: All students enrolled in an intermediate degree during the 2023-2024 academic year. 6.- 2nd year of Baccalaureate studies: All students enrolled in 2nd year of Baccalaureate during the 2023-2024 academic year. 7.- 1st year of Baccalaureate studies: All students enrolled in 1st year of Baccalaureate during the 2023-2024 academic year. The beneficiaries must be registered in the municipal registry of Cariñena for at least one year from the date of the application and habitually domiciled in Cariñena. Those people who are in debt to the City Council may not be beneficiaries. You can only be beneficiaries once in each of the categories A, B and C. Second—Object and purpose. The Cariñena City Council announces, on a competitive basis, Study Scholarships, year 2024, with the objective of encouraging quality and academic excellence and recognizing the effort and dedication of students to their studies. Third. —Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for this subsidy can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the City Council's website http://carinena.sedelectronica.es/transparency Fourth. — Amount. The budgetary credit allocated to this call amounts to €2,750 (two thousand seven hundred and fifty euros), in accordance with the allocation established in the municipal budget for the year 2024 and in accordance with each type of scholarship offered. Fifth. — Application submission deadline. Starting on the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOPZ) published on the website: http://bop.dpz.es/ and until November 20, 2024 inclusive. The applications, as well as the rest of the documentation to be completed by the applicant, are available to interested parties as annexes to these bases, and will be presented in the General Registry of the Cariñena City Council by any of the forms provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
