OF OCTOBER 4, 2024, CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO PRIVATE NON-PROFIT ENTITIES, UNDER A REGIME OF COMPETITIVE COMPETITION, FOR ACTIONS AIMED TO PREVENT AND COMBAT VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

Official description of the call

Extract from the order of October 4, 2024 of the Minister of Social Policy, Families and Equality approving the call for the subsidy to private non-profit entities, on a competitive basis, for actions aimed at preventing and combating violence against women, as well as the guidance and support of victims of gender violence and any other type of violence against women, with funds from the State Pact Against Gender Violence, in the Region of Murcia First. Purpose The purpose of this Order is to call, on a competitive basis, the subsidy directed to private non-profit entities for the financing of actions aimed at preventing and combating violence against women, as well as the guidance and support of victims of gender violence and any other type of violence against women, with funds from the State Pact against gender violence, in the Region of Murcia. Second. Legal regime. The subsidies regulated in this call will be governed by what is established therein and in the Order of June 7, 2024 of the Ministry of Social Policy, Families and Equality, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to private non-profit entities for the financing of actions aimed at preventing and combating violence against women, as well as the guidance and support of victims of gender violence and any other type of violence against women, with funds from the State Pact against gender violence, in the Region of Murcia, as well as by Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies, and additionally Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and any other regulatory provision of the legal system that may be applicable. Third. Scope of application: Applicant entities and requirements. In accordance with article 3 of the Bases Order, private non-profit legal entities that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the subsidies: a) Private non-profit entities whose statutes include among their purposes or social object the awareness, training, prevention, care, emergency, support, recovery, accompaniment or socio-labor insertion of women in vulnerable situations and/or victims of any type of violence against women. b) Have their own legal personality, capacity to act, be non-profit and be duly registered in the corresponding public registry. c) Be legally constituted, at least one year prior to the publication of the corresponding call. d) Not be subject to the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. e) Be up to date with your tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, and your financial obligations with Social Security; as well as not having tax debts in the executive payment period with the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, unless the debts are suspended or guaranteed f) Have an establishment in the Region of Murcia, with headquarters or at least permanent delegation therein. These requirements must be met on the date on which the application submission period ends, except those included in section e), which must be accredited prior to the date of the proposed concession resolution. The requirements indicated in the previous sections will be verified ex officio by the General Directorate responsible for the prevention of violence against women, except for those established in letter e), in the event that consultation is not authorized or expressly opposed in each case.
