SUBSIDIES FOR THE PROMOTION OF CULTURAL ACTIVITIES FOR NON-PROFIT CULTURAL ASSOCIATIONS YEAR 2024

Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. All non-profit cultural associations registered in the municipal registry of cultural associations may submit applications, and that do not incur any of the prohibitions indicated in the OGS, that carry out cultural actions that are of interest to the city, and that have the structure and means to carry out the programs that are the object of the same. Second. Object. The promotion action is aimed at carrying out cultural activities of social utility or social interest carried out by non-profit cultural associations registered in the municipal registry of cultural associations whose purpose is the promotion of cultural revitalization in its various manifestations. Included are those activities that involve travel, but whose purpose is to carry out an activity related to the object and purposes of the association. Third.- Regulatory Bases. This call is made subject to the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance (BOPZ No. 142 of June 22, 2024). Room. Amount. The maximum total amount foreseen for the subsidies called is 9,000.00 euros, which will be charged to budget application 3340-48961 of the Municipal Budget for the year 2024, called CULTURE-SUBSIDIES PROMOTION OF CULTURE AND POPULAR TRADITIONS. The amount of the subsidy may not exceed 80% of the cost of the subsidized activity, with a maximum of 900.00 euros. The amount of the subsidies regulated in this call, in no case may be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, income or public or private resources, exceeds the cost of the subsidized projects or activities, nor exceed the financing limits that, where appropriate, have been established in the respective call or resolution. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, in accordance with the provisions of article 20.8 of the LGS. The complete bases are available to the interested party in the national subsidy database, on the municipal website and on the notice board. Sixth. Eligible Period The actions covered by the subsidy contemplated in this call must be carried out within the period between January 1, 2024 and September 30, 2024. Seventh.- Other data. The granting of the subsidies and the rest of the issues arising from it will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the call in accordance with the provisions of the OGS, in their capacity as regulatory bases.
