Sustainable development and fight against climate change in the Town Councils and primary sector

Official description of the call

First.- Regulatory Bases: Order AGM/62/2024, of September 2, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment (BOR No. 173, of September 5, 2024), which establishes the bases of aid to promote sustainable development and the fight against climate change in City Councils and the primary sector. Second.-Object: To call, in the 2024 financial year, the aid regulated by Order AGM/62/2024, of September 2 (BOR no. 173, of September 5, 2024), which regulates the system for granting subsidies to promote sustainable development and the fight against climate change in municipalities and the primary sector. Third.- Beneficiaries: Municipalities with up to 5,000 inhabitants of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja included in article 3 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, as well as validly constituted primary sector farms that have a production center in the Community may be beneficiaries of the aid, in accordance with the provisions of article 2.1 of the regulatory order. Autonomous of La Rioja, regardless of its legal form, including self-employed persons who have their tax domicile in La Rioja. Sixth.- Other information of interest: 1.- Call.- The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address on the website of the Government of La Rioja (https://web.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/tramite?n=25601) 2.- Applications.- Applications will be submitted on the standardized form, which will be available to interested parties on the Internet, by accessing the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja, (www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es), in the electronic office section, in the thematic area of Environmental Quality. Applications will be submitted electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja or in any of those provided for in article 6 of Decree 58/2004, of October 29, which regulates the registry in the field of the administration of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja and its Public Bodies and in article 16.4 of Law 39/2005, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations. Applicants may only submit a single application for each of the lines, which will refer to a single action. If a beneficiary wishes to attend several lines, they must submit as many applications as there are lines they wish to attend. 3.- Documentation.- Along with the application, the documentation referred to in article 10 of the regulatory order must be submitted. 4.- Granting procedure.- As established in article 1 of Order AGM/62/2024, of September 2 (BOR no. 173, of September 5, 2024), these aid will be processed under a competitive competition regime. 5.- Instruction and granting.- The procedure for instruction and processing of aid will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of articles 11 and 12 of Order AGM/34/2024, of May 14, 2024 (BOR no. 96, of May 17, 2024).
