BDNS 789467 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the Subsidies Database. First. Beneficiaries. Those who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid: Both the applicant and the minor must be registered in the municipality of Villa de Zuera. Be enrolled for the 2024/2025 academic year in the Schools of the municipality of Villa de Zuera, in Early Childhood Education (2nd Cycle), Primary and Secondary. Not be subject to any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of subsidies. Not having obtained aid or subsidies for the same purpose that cover the total cost of the dining room service and curricular material, for this they must provide the resolution of the Government of Aragon, or sworn declaration that they have not been able to participate. There is no impediment on the part of the School, in which the applicant is a beneficiary of the partial free school cafeteria service and curricular material, due to having made continuous misuse of the cafeteria scholarship in the previous year, not complying with the rules established by the School Center in the use of the cafeteria, not having submitted the scholarship application to the Government of Aragon within the established period when the requirements for obtaining it were met and had been informed of this from the Educational Centers, or any other that they consider the center). Submit the application in the established time and manner. Applicants must prove compliance with the requirements at the end of the application period, which must be maintained throughout the course for which aid is requested. In order to be a beneficiary of this aid, it will be necessary to have obtained at least 2 points in the assessment process. If the minimum established in this section is not met, applicants will be excluded from the call. Those responsible for municipal monitoring will carry out periodic checks of compliance. Second. Object. The purpose of these rules is the regulation of financial aid for attendance at school cafeterias and acquisition of mandatory textbooks and curricular material for Early Childhood Education (2nd Cycle) Primary and Secondary in the municipality of Zuera for the 2024-2025 academic year. The aid will partially cover the cost of the school cafeteria service and the acquisition of mandatory textbooks and curricular materials, carried out during the 2024-2025 school year. Curriculum material is understood as those textbooks and other published materials, whether printed or in digital format, of a durable and self-sufficient nature, intended to be used by students for the development and application of the contents determined by the curriculum of general education established by the current academic regulations for the area or material and the cycle or course in question in each case. Curricular materials are not considered those that do not specifically develop the curriculum of a subject even if they serve as a complement or didactic aid for its teaching, such as dictionaries, atlases, reading books, sacred books, audiovisual media and other scientific media or instruments. Third. Regulatory bases. Bases of the call for subsidies for attendance at school cafeterias and the acquisition of mandatory textbooks and curricular material for early childhood education (2nd cycle) primary and secondary education academic year 2024-2025, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza, on the electronic notice board of the Zuera City Council, on the website corporate https://www.ayunzuera.com/convocatoria-de-las-ayudas-para-la-asistencia-a-comedores-escolares-y-adquisicion-de-libros-de-texto-curso-2024-2025/ and on its transparency portal. Room. Amount. The credit available to finance aid for textbooks, curricular material and school cafeteria will have a budget of €6,500.00 charged to budget item 931/3231/48000 for the 2024 financial year. Amounts to be granted: Textbooks and/or curricular material: -For students in the 2nd Cycle of Early Childhood Education: Limit per child of €75.00. -For Primary and Secondary Education students: Limit per child
