Official description of the call

First. Object. The purpose of this Resolution is to approve the call for subsidies for the year 2024, for the granting of subsidies from the “My First Job Program”, subprogram “My first job in local entities” co-financed by the FSE Plus 2021-2027, which hire young people who are qualified, unemployed, and registered as job seekers in the SEF, over 16 and under 30 years of age, and registered and beneficiaries in the National System of Youth Guarantee. Second. Beneficiaries. The entities that make up the Local Administration of the Region of Murcia, its autonomous bodies and public bodies and other public law entities linked or dependent on the aforementioned entities, of an administrative nature, whose ownership corresponds wholly or mainly to them, who hire young people who are qualified, unemployed, and registered as job seekers in the SEF, over 16 and under 30 years of age, and registered and beneficiaries in the SEF, may be beneficiaries of the subsidy. SNGJ. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of July 1, 2024 of the President of the Regional Employment and Training Service, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies, intended for the financing of the “My First Employment Program”, aid for the hiring of young graduates from the Region of Murcia. (BORM no. 166 of July 18). Room. Amount and eligible expenses. 1. The subsidies that are called will be financed from the SEF expenditure budget for the financial year 2024 and 60% co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF+) in the manner indicated below: Subprogramme: Local Entities Item: 57.02.00.322A.46501 Project: 52132 Amount: €5,000,000.00 2. The subsidies to be granted for hiring will be used to finance the labor costs of young workers who, meeting the requirements established in the basic order and in this resolution, are hired to obtain professional experience within the services provided by the beneficiary entities. The modality of the subsidy will be unit costs, in accordance with the provisions of article 53.1 letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of June 24, 2021, of Common Provisions, (OJEU number 213 of June 30). 3. The amount of the subsidy to be received by the applicant entities will be as follows: a) Financing of salary and Social Security costs for all concepts derived from the contracts signed with the participating workers, with the following amounts: • 1. For each worker hired in Social Security Contribution Groups 1 and 2, both inclusive: the monthly salary cost is €3,463.54/month, with a maximum of subsidize €41,562.50 per year of work. • 2nd For each worker hired in Social Security Contribution Groups 3 to 7, both inclusive: the monthly salary cost is €2,770.83/month, with a maximum subsidy of €33,250 per year of work. • 3rd For each worker hired in Social Security Contribution Groups 8 to 11, both inclusive: the monthly salary cost is €2,078.13/month, with a maximum subsidy of €24,937.50 per year of work. b) Taking these amounts as a reference, the subsidy to be granted is calculated based on the planned eligible period, without exceeding the salary corresponding to the worker according to the collective agreement or the applicable labor regulations, including the proportional part of two extraordinary payments plus the corresponding Social Security contributions or, where appropriate, guarantees for each subsidized contract a monthly amount equivalent to the Minimum Interprofessional Wage in force at any time, considering 14 annual payments and in proportion to the working day. made. Fifth. Procedure. The procedure for granting the subsidies subject to the call will be carried out on a competitive basis, and will be informed by the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity and equality and non-discrimination.
