Beneficiaries. Municipalities at risk of depopulation in the area of the Valencian Community, in accordance with article 15 of Law 5/2023, of April 13. Second. Purpose. Call for the year 2025, subsidies aimed at promoting and encouraging Clean Points in municipalities at risk of depopulation in the Valencian Community, in accordance with article 15 of Law 5/2023, of April 13, comprehensive measures against depopulation and for territorial equity in the Valencian Community. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 23/2024, of September 16, of the president of the Generalitat, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for the promotion and promotion of Clean Points in municipalities at risk of depopulation in the Valencian Community, in accordance with article 15 of Law 5/2023, of April 13, comprehensive measures against depopulation and for territorial equity in the Valencian Community. https://dogv.gva.es/datos/2024/10/03/pdf/2024_10154_es.pdf Fourth. amount 2025, for each entity that is a beneficiary, it is established at twenty-five thousand euros (€25,000.00), VAT included. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
