REGULATORY BASES OF THE ANNUAL CALL FOR SUBSIDIES AIMED AT CLUBS, SPORTS ENTITIES, ELITE ATHLETES AND SCHOOLS IN THE CITY OF XÀTIVA, YEAR 2025. INDEX 1.-OBJECT AND PROMOTION. 2.-LINES OF ACTIVITY. 3.-BENEFICIARIES. 4.-REQUIREMENTS OF THE APPLICANT. 5.-FINANCING OF THE ACTIVITY AND ECONOMIC SUPPLY. 6.-APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTATION. 7.-FORM OF PRESENTATION AND DEADLINE. 8.-DOCUMENTATION BY LINE OF ACTIVITY. 9.-CRITERIA AND ASSESSMENT SYSTEMS OF THE APPLICATION, THE ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE AND THE PROPOSED RESOLUTION. 10.-RESOLUTION OF THE PROCEDURE. 11.-OBLIGATIONS OF THE BENEFICIARY ENTITY. 12.-JUSTIFICATION OF THE SUBSIDY. 13.-FINANCIAL CONTROL. 14.-PAYMENT PERIOD OF THE GRANTED GRANT. 15.-REIMBURSEMENT OF SUBSIDIES. 16.-APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. 17.-ANNEXES AND MODELS. 1.- OBJECT AND PROMOTION. The purpose of these rules is to define the conditions and procedure to be followed for the application and granting, on a competitive basis, of the subsidies to be granted annually by the Xàtiva City Council, in sports matters, in accordance with its budget forecasts, for the financial year 2025. These grant rules are an instrument for promoting sports and physical activity, through the sports clubs and entities, and schools of the city of Xàtiva. The purpose of the subsidies to the sports clubs and entities, and schools of Xàtiva, will be: "To promote their sports activities at all territorial levels (municipal, provincial, regional, national and international), the social and associative functioning of the entity, and mainly; sports at school age, as well as the recognition of the elite athletes of the city of Xàtiva, developing the protection and support measures, to which article 17 of the Law refers. 2/2011, of March 22, on sport and physical activity of the Valencian Community: “Protection and support measures for elite athletes”, and article 20 of Law 39/2022, of December 30, on Sports. “High-level and high-performance athletes.” 2.-SUBSIDY LINES The following lines of activity are being called for the 2025 financial year, which are intended to be promoted: ACTIVITY LINE A: SPORTS AT SCHOOL AGE. Aimed at sports clubs and entities and registered schools, participants and/or organizers in the municipal phase, within the framework of the “XLIII JOCS ESPORTIUS DE LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA”, Academic Year 2024-2025. LINE OF ACTIVITY B: PARTICIPATION OF SPORTS CLUBS IN NATIONAL CATEGORIES. Aimed at participating sports clubs and entities in the national category. ACTIVITY LINE C: SOCIAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITY. Aimed at clubs and sports entities for the development of their social and sports activity. LINE OF ACTIVITY D: PARTICIPATE IN SPANISH CUPS/CHAMPIONSHIPS AND/OR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIONS/MEETS. Aimed at clubs and sports entities with participation in the Spanish Cup/Championship and/or International Federation Championships/meetings. ACTIVITY LINE E: AID FOR ELITE ATHLETES. Aimed at athletes, recognized by the Generalitat Valenciana as a “High Competition or Promotion Athlete” and/or by the Higher Sports Council (CSD), as a “High Level and High Performance Athlete”. For the recognition of the elite athletes of the city of Sport. “High-level and high-performance athletes.”, and who will be governed by the following bases: 3.-BENEFICIARIES. All clubs, sports entities (lines A, B, C and D) and individuals (E), and schools in the city of Xàtiva (line A) that meet the following requirements may apply for a subsidy: 4.- REQUIREMENTS OF THE APPLICANT. 4.1.- Be registered in the “Municipal Registry of Neighborhood Associations”, of the Xàtiva City Council, and with headquarters in the city of Xàtiva. 4.2.- For the lines of activity of lines: B), C), and D), belong to the Coordinator of Sports Associations of Xàtiva (CADX), with a minimum seniority of two years, counting from the publication of the announcement of the call in the Official Gazette of the
