Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Those who meet the requirements established in articles 6 and 8 of the regulatory bases of point Three of this extract may be beneficiaries. Second. Object. The purpose of the aid is to compensate farmers for all or part of the additional costs and loss of income derived from carrying out their agricultural activity in mountain areas and in areas with natural limitations in the Region of Murcia. Third. Regulatory Bases. The regulatory bases of the aid are established in the Order of December 16, 2024 of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, which establishes the regulatory bases of the aid lines corresponding to the rural development intervention (PEPAC 2023-2027) called “6613 Areas with natural limitations or other specific limitations” in the Region of Murcia. (BORM no. 292 of December 18, 2024) Fourth. Amount. The global amount allocated to the call will be €2,300,000.00, for compensatory payments in Mountain Areas and €2,489,166.67, for compensatory payments in Areas with Natural Limitations. The financing of the aid will correspond, 60%, to the European Union, through the EAFRD fund, 12% to the State and the remaining 28% to the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia Quinto. Deadline and place for submitting applications. Article 24 of the Order of March 15, 2023, of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries on the application in the Region of Murcia of interventions in the form of direct payments from 2023 to 2027 within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy and other aid, as well as on the management and control system thereof (BORM no. 63, of March 17, 2023), establishes the place of submission of the application. In accordance with article 25 of the Order of March 15, 2023, of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, the deadline for submitting the single application for the year 2025 will begin on February 1 and end on April 30, 2025, both inclusive, with the deadline for modifications until May 31, 2025.
