Official description of the call
First.- Regulatory bases: Order 16/2006, of September 12, of the Ministry of Tourism, Environment and Territorial Policy, which approves the regulatory bases of aid for the protection of the nesting areas of the Montagu's harrier (Circus pygargus) in La Rioja, during the breeding season (Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 128 of September 28, 2006). Second.-Object: To call for the financial year 2025, the aid provided for in Order 16/2006, of September 12, of the Ministry of Tourism, Environment and Territorial Policy, which regulates the system for granting subsidies for the protection of the nesting areas of the Montagu's harrier (Circus pygargus) in La Rioja, during the breeding season. Third.- Beneficiaries: In accordance with the provisions of article 3 of Order 16/2006, of September 12, beneficiaries may be those owners, or persons to whom they delegate in writing, of farms cultivated with cereals where an occupied Montagu's harrier nest is located. Room. - Amount: The expenditure corresponding to the call for the year 2025 of subsidies for the protection of the nesting areas of the Montagu's harrier (Cyrcus pygargus) in La Rioja, during the breeding season, is approved, in accordance with Order 16/2006, of September 12, for a total amount of fourteen thousand euros (14,000 euros), charged to the following item of the year's budget 2025: 05.06.4711.471.00 Project 80702.2 (14,000 euros). Fifth. - Application submission deadline: Applications may be submitted from the day following the publication of this extract of the call resolution and until August 26, 2025. Sixth. - Other information of interest: 1.- Call.- The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address on the website of the Government of La Rioja (https://web.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/tramite?n=01368) 2.- Applications.- The official application form will be available at the General Directorate of Natural Environment and Landscape (C/Pradoviejo, 62 bis, Logroño), at the Citizen Service (C/Beti jai, 1, Logroño), or at the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja www.larioja.org, in the thematic area of the environment. 3.- Documentation. - Along with the application, the documentation included in article 7 of Order 16/2006, of September 12, must be submitted. 4.- Concession procedure. - The concession procedure will be processed in accordance with the provisions of articles 6, 8 and 9 of Order 16/2006, of September 12. The competent Unit for the organization and instruction of the procedure is the Nature Conservation and Planning Service of the General Directorate of Natural Environment and Landscape. The body competent to resolve is the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment, unless a delegation of powers in the matter is in force. 5.- Granting and notification of aid. - The Resolution of the procedure will detail the beneficiaries to whom the subsidy is granted, as well as the rejection of the rest of the applications, containing the amount awarded. It will be issued and notified within a maximum period of six months from August 26, 2025. The practice of said notification will comply with the provisions of articles 41 and 42 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
