Official description of the call
First. - Regulatory bases: Order 15/2007, of September 3, of the Ministry of Tourism, Environment and Territorial Policy, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the conservation of livestock trails and their use for transhumant movements of livestock in protected natural spaces in La Rioja (Official Gazette of La Rioja No. 122 of September 11, 2007). Second. -Object: To call for the financial year 2025 the aid regulated by Order 15/2007, of September 3, which regulates the system for granting subsidies for the conservation of livestock trails and their use for transhumant movements of livestock in protected natural spaces in La Rioja. Third. - Beneficiaries: Article 2 of Order 15/2007, of September 3, establishes that private natural or legal persons, groups of them, communities of property, or any other type of economic unit or separate property that, although lacking legal personality, are owners of livestock that travel through livestock routes, contributing to their restoration or their use as firebreak areas, may benefit from the aid. Of the above entities, only those that have the status of private companies or for-profit entities may be eligible as potential beneficiaries for the aid of this call. Room. - Amount: Approve the expenditure corresponding to the call for the year 2025, of subsidies for the conservation of livestock routes and their use for transhumant movements of livestock in protected natural spaces in La Rioja, in accordance with Order 15/2007, of September 3, for a total amount of SIX THOUSAND EUROS (6,000 euros), charged to the budget application 05.06.4711.473.00 project 80702.2 of the budget for the year 2025. For the purposes of calculating the number of heads of livestock to calculate the amount of the subsidy, the following equivalences are established: Class of livestock Equivalent heads Cattle six Sheep one Goat two Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications: Applications will be submitted within one month from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of La Rioja of this extract of the Call Resolution. Sixth. - Other information of interest: 1.- Call.- The full text of the Call Resolution will be available at the following address on the website of the Government of La Rioja (https://www.larioja.org/oficina-electronica/es?web=000&proc=10407) 2.- Applications.- The official application form will be available at the General Directorate of Natural Environment and Landscape (C/Prado Viejo, 62 bis, Logroño), at the Citizen Service (C/Beti Jai, 1, Logroño), or at the electronic office of the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja www.larioja.org, in the thematic area of the environment. 3.- Documentation. - Along with the application, the documentation included in article 5 of Order 15/2007, of September 3, must be submitted. 4.- Concession procedure. - As established in article 1.1 and the second additional provision of Order 15/2007, of September 3, these aid will be processed on a competitive basis. The competent Unit for the organization and instruction of the procedure is the Nature Conservation and Planning Service of the General Directorate of Natural Environment and Landscape. The body competent to resolve is the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural World and Environment, unless a delegation of powers in the matter is in force. 5.- Advertising of the granting of aid. - In accordance with the provisions of article 45 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the granting resolution will be published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja. The application correction requirements will also be published in the Official Gazette of La Rioja, specifying the list of beneficiaries who are required to present more documentation, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. 6.- Justification and payment. - As established in article 2.2.d) of the Regulatory Order, the deadline for carrying out and accrediting the activities will end on November 15 of each year.
