Official description of the call

First. Regulatory Bases. Order 19/2012, of September 24, of the Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the subscription of agricultural insurance included in the annual Combined Agricultural Insurance Plans. (BOR No. 118 of September 28, 2012). Second. Object. Approve the call for subsidies for the insurance lines included in the Combined Agrarian Insurance Plan for the year 2025. Both the insurance subscription period and the insurance lines are included in the forty-sixth Agrarian Insurance Plan approved on December 23, 2024 and published in the Official State Gazette on December 27, 2024, as well as in Order 19/2012, of September 24, published by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment, which aims to subsidize the cost of agricultural insurance included in the annual combined insurance plans. Third. Beneficiaries. To be beneficiaries of this call, the requirements determined in Order 19/2012, of September 24, must be met. Room. Amount. In accordance with the provisions of article 4.2 of Order 19/2012, of September 19, the percentage of subsidy applied is increased by five points when one of the following conditions is met: Being a jointly owned farm, or Being a young farmer who has received the payment for young farmers referred to in Chapter 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 17, 2013, laying down rules applicable to direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy and repealing Council Regulations (EC) No 637/2008 and (EC) No 73/2009 (or existing relevant regulation), and/or aid for first installation under Regulation (EU) No. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD)
